WARRIOR NUN IS COMING BACK!!!

MY FELLOW WARRIOR NUN FANS, WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A MIRACLE!! NETFLIX IS BRINGING BACK OUR BADASS ADORABLE NUNS!! MORE AVATRICE ON THE HORIZON!! NETFLIX HAS SHOWN US MERCY!!

Now then, can Netflix please revive other unjustly cancelled shows, like First Kill, Julie and the Phantoms, Dark Crystal AOR, Raising Dion, Lockwood and Co, etc. They did not deserve to be axed before barely any of their story could be told. Heck, most of those only had one season! If Netflix changed their minds about Warrior Nun, then surely others have a chance of being brought back too!

Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 14

My favourite thing about this episode was Crosshair in DAD MODE! The moment he worked out the creepy science dude was after Omega he was in protective dad mode! HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO ESCAPE HE TRIED TO WARN THE BATCH AND PROECT OMEGA! WHY IS THE NEXT EPISODE A WEEK AWAY?!

Bad Batch S2 Ep3 Review

SPOILERS!!

Episode 3 was phenomenal! Loved having a Crosshair centred episode.

Cody is back, let's go!! Wooooo!

This feels like a Clone Wars episode with clones vs droids, except I'm partly rooting for the droids! That's not how that's supposed to work! It was nice to see the droids again though.

Crosshair and Cody are a fantastic duo! Loved Crosshair blowing up a tank, loved Cody's knife work and their teamwork was amazing!

I felt so bad for the Desix senator, she'd survived the war and lost so much, only for Crosshair to kill her, which I actually have mixed feelings about. I get that he was following orders and maybe he was protecting Cody, but he still shot a woman who had surrendered and given back that officer, whom I now hate.

Cody has fled the Empire! Clone Rebellion!!

Rampart is climbing my 'characters I want to kill list' VERY quickly. This level of hatred I have for an animated character is alarming!

The scene at the end where Crosshair is in his room reminds me of the Kallus scene in Rebels after he'd returned from the icy planet with Zeb.

Overall, 9/10, fantastic episode. Looking forward to the next one!

Warrior Nun Season 3

Just heard the news and I am furious!! Warrior Nun was a beautiful show with outstanding characters, fantastic writing and a perfectly adorable couple!! Warrior Nun had some of the highest viewership ratings and positive reviews of ANY Netflix shows, and they fricking cancelled it?! How are any shows safe after this?!

Sadly I will now add Warrior Nun to the ever expanding list of Netflix shows that I loved and have been prematurely cancelled, along with Julie and the Phantoms, First Kill, Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance etc.

I'm gonna go read some cute avatrice fanfics to cheer myself up!

When Claudia gave Rayla the coins of Runaan and her parents I SCREAMED! If they are released in the next season, THERE WILL BE SO MUCH DRAMA AND TENSION!! Ruthari reunion!! Rayla will get her parents back!! Things will be awkward between Runaan and Soren and the princes!

Rant about TDP S4 trailer

OMG!! The new teaser for TDP season 4 is AMAZING!! Ezran and Soren's new designs are awesome (Ez looks SO much like his father, and he's all grown up!). Callum holding Rayla's sword honestly made me scream. Does this mean something's happened to her? Oh god, PLEASE don't let her be dead! I need more Rayllum in my life! Aaravos' voice at the end gave me shivers. He's definitely going to be a dangerous, yet interesting character. Overall, my hype for season 4 is extremely high and November had better get here quickly!

My personal headcannon for a Rayllum reconciliation scene

This is just something that popped into my head late at night when I was thinking about Rayllum in Season 4 of TDP. Basically, it's my version of Rayllum becoming a couple again! They're too adorable to be angry at each other!!I accept constructive criticism. Enjoy! #TheDragonPrince

She saw him on the balcony, the sunset illuminating him with soft hues of orange and red. Callum stood before an easel, a palette of paints in one hand, a brush gliding across the canvas in his other. Just looking at him sent pangs of regret and sorrow through her heart like twin daggers. Rayla knew how much she'd hurt Callum when she left and she'd hated herself for doing so every day. The worst part was that it hadn't been worth it. She failed to find Viren, her parents or Runaan. The only thing she'd gained was regret. But Rayla knew avoiding Callum wasn't going to repair the shattered bond between them. Taking a deep breath to calm her jittery nerves, Rayla slowly walked towards him, her legs shaky and unstable. She hadn't felt this anxious about anything in years.

Callum's head turned slightly to glance at her before returning to his work. Edging closer, Rayla realised he was painting Zubeia, which brought back a painful memory. When the Dragon Queen awoke, they both stood together, hands interlocked, proof that humans and elves could get along peacefully. She recalled the burst of love and pride in her heart, a feeling long lost.

"It's a beautiful painting," Rayla complimented, trying to start a conversation.

"Thanks." Callum replied stiffly, his back still facing her. "What do you want Rayla?"

"To talk to you. To apologise for what I did."

Callum scoffed, lowering his paintbrush. "And you decided to wait two years to do so?"

"I tried to write to you Callum, I really did. But I never knew what to say or how to phrase things."

"You could've said anything! Two whole years with no contact and you'd gone hunting for an extremely dangerous dark mage!" Callum raged, throwing down his palette and brush. "I thought you were dead, Rayla! I waited for months for a single letter, anything that would confirm you were still alive!"

Silence blanketed the pair, both in shock after Callum's outburst. Guilt flooded Rayla, almost choking her, and stinging tears formed in her eyes.

"You have every right to be angry at me. I deserve it. I know there's no way for me to take back the pain I've caused us both and the time we've lost. I'm so sorry for not writing, I just didn't know if you'd even read anything from me," Rivulets of tears were now flowing down her cheeks. Tentatively, she grasped one of Callum's hands and placed it over her heart. "Every beat it takes is for you. You're my heart, Callum, I can't live without you. I left alone because the thought of losing you was too much. I'd never forgive myself if I allowed you to come with me and you got hurt or...or worse. And then I'd have to tell Ezran that.."

Sobs racked her body; Callum's furious expression melted like ice in the sun and he wrapped his remaining arm around her waist, pulling her to him and touching his forehead with hers.

"I'm not entirely defenceless you know," he whispered.

"I know. I was just scared of that scenario becoming a reality. You've done so much for me. You learned to trust me after I tried to kill you and your brother, overcame your prejudices about elves and saved my life dozens of times. You jumped off the pinnacle of the Storm Spire, relying on a spell that you hadn't mastered, for me. Losing you, Callum, it would kill me. Besides, Ezran needed you more than I did, with ruling a kingdom and all."

Callum sighed deeply and averted his eyes.

"I love you, Callum. I hope one day, I'll earn your trust, your forgiveness, and maybe your love." Letting his hand go, Rayla started to unwind the arm around her waist, but Callum held her tighter and met her gaze.

"I understand now. I love you too," Smiling, Callum gently kissed her forehead. "I forgive you Rayla."

Happiness and relief exploded inside her and a grin spread across her face. Her hands rose and clasped around his neck. "That's not how this works. You're supposed to still be angry at me!"

Laughing, Callum wrapped his second hand around her. "I've been angry for two years Rayla. I was still mad when you arrived, but I was mostly relieved when you walked through those doors, relieved that you were unscathed and alive. Avoiding you was so difficult as I just wanted to hold you and make sure you were real. I'm done with being angry at you. All I want to feel about you now is love."

The crushing weight vanished from her mind and Rayla leaned towards Callum and kissed him. They'd kissed before, but this one felt unique, better than their previous ones. To Rayla, it felt like a promise.

A promise of an undying love.

The thing I want to see most in TBB season 2 is Omega meeting Gungi (and possibly other surviving younglings) and they tell her she's Force-sensitive. A Force-sensitive clone just sounds so freaking awesome! :D

I finished The Red Queen, which was such a thrilling read and gave me a new perspective on a historical character that I already admired. My review (spoilers):

I was surprised when Margaret turned out to be an admirer of Joan of Arc (not too surprised though, Joan is incredible) and believed herself to be destined to save her country and hear the voice of God speaking to her.

Margaret's determination to see her son on the throne of England is wonderful to read about; she's so passionate about keeping the Lancastrian line on the throne, which is why she hates the Yorks so much. She believes that it is God's will that her son will rule and that it's her duty to help him seize the throne.

I loved reading about the Wars of the Roses through her view and how strong she was even during the Yorkist reign, which she despised.

One scene I didn't like much was the part when Margaret agreed that the two Yorkist princes should be killed. As a mother of a boy herself I wouldn't have imagined that she would want two young boys to die, even if they were the sons of her enemy. She does have conflicting feelings about the decision though, but she still agrees that they should be killed.

Overall, it was a fantastic read. 4/5

I recently finished Twin Crowns and it blew me away! What I enjoyed most about it was that it was a story about two sisters, similar to Frozen, and that was one of the driving points of the story. My review:

The pacing of the plot was excellent; it never felt rushed or like it was being dragged on.

The writers took their time with the relationships, especially Rose and Wren's sister relationship, which I loved so much. Their contrasting personalities are hilarious! The two romantic relationships are also well developed; neither of them felt forced.

The world building and lore are fantastic, I loved the backstory of the kingdom, the history of the witches and how this is all connected.

The book also has several emotional moments that really hit me hard, especially the ones in the final few chapters, which also help to set up the sequel.

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to the sequel!
