Finally finished this wax seal kit box made out of Pianos Recycled wood pieces. This was my first wood working project and I had a lot of meltdowns, but as always Ben came to the rescue and made it look decent. He's the bestest. Resin from Barnes Wax beads from Make Your Craft  Latch and hinges from Siber Hardware

My friend, Sally told me about Bothwell School of Witchcraft. It's such an awesome idea, I want to go there one day! I got a bit hyped and made a wand ✨ The titanium aura quartz was a ring that I bought ages ago. Somehow I had a feeling it'll be more useful as a wand/cat scratcher (see my instagram @lehintea for reference) 😂. The rest is made of wire, aluminium foil and polymorph plastic. The core of it is Aria's whisker (that I found on the table) 😹. I always wanted to make a wand but never had a clear idea until now. It's so shiny and pretty 😍

Wanted to try making something silly for this one and it turned out looking pretty scary 😂. The resin bit didn't look as interesting as the other ones I've done so I added drops of dye around the hair and it looked pretty good.

Behold my favourite resin art X sculpture piece I've made so far! The mermaid turned out great and the resin looks cool af. Thanks universe 💜! After failing the previous one this felt like a high.

Resin art x Sculpture #4. I'm not happy with it. I tried making half closed eyes and it looked weird so I cover it with hair but the hair ended up looking a bit like poop 😂. The resin bit didn't go as planned as well. I used 2 different shades of red but in the end it looked more orange and pink 😭.

Resin art X sculpture #3! It's been fun making these. Each time I tried to challenge myself sculpting something I've never done before. This was my first time sculpting ears and nipples 😁😂. Sculpture made of Super sculpey Epoxy glass and dye from Barnes

A spookier take of the resin art X sculpture. I was planning to make a more green resin art and of course it ended up with black and purple again. No surprise there 😂. First time sculpting teeth, not bad 😁. Colour shifting pigments from Solar Color Dust, epoxy glass and dye from Barnes, and polymer clay from Supersculpey 💜

Lately I've been thinking about ways to combine sculptures and resin art. Two nights ago I got inspired by Slippery Photography, Merthing Mx Loki and Suzanne Elliott Photography amazing bath tub photoshoots. Here's my first try that I made yesterday. Recently I finished writing and illustrating a fairy tale story that I came up with 10 years ago (when I was in year 9!). If you’re interested to know more about it, click here. This character I cosplayed is the witch, a misunderstood “villain” character. 

Honestly it still feels surreal to dress up from a character of my own story. Oddly nice to be able to change a bit of the design as I make it and not worrying for not being accurate 😁

RIP Roy. 

My cousin commissioned me a Roy mini me. He was her close friend’s dog. He’s not in pain anymore and all dogs go to heaven.

All the Calcifer things I’ve made so far. Candle holder, ring and figurines. Made of epoxy resin from Barnes and polymorph from Plastimake for the eyes and mouths. Took me quite a while to get the hang of making some nice looking fire swirls that I'm happy with.
