Just spent 30 minutes getting probed by a needle, I mean “small wire”, at least 20 times... I have NEVER left an ER with so many bandaids/bandages, let alone a Drs Office... This is my view right now, as I lay in bed... I have it hanging up in honor of my Dad, who passed away suddenly and tragically way too soon. He was called home almost ten years ago, and there’s not a day that goes by, that I don’t think about him... I never told him enough how much I loved him or appreciated him while he was alive. I don’t know that I ever told him how much he meant to me. I’m not even sure I gave him the honor he very much deserved, and earned, of calling him Dad while he was alive. But he very much was my dad, and the best dad a girl could ever ask for, in every sense of the word. He worked two jobs, and went to school two nights a week, to provide for us. Whenever I needed him, he was always there for me. He also accepted and loved me just the way I am. And he gave my mother the love, honor, and respect that she deserved. He was not only a dad, a husband, a son, a brother, an uncle, or a friend- he was also a man. Happy Father’s Day Tracy. This is not the delirium talking... Mum and I actually use these @naturesbounty #sleepgummies on the regular... They are gummies that contain 3mg of #melatonin in each serving (two gummies)... Now, I have tried a TON of different brands and types of melatonin, along with other things to “make it work better”... But NONE of them have worked for me like these... And the difference in these, is the addition of the 200mg of L-Theanine in each serving... I am not a Dr (***And you should ALWAYS #consult your Dr any time you add anything new to your health regiment) so I don’t know exactly why this works so well for me... But they are just amazing... I didn’t finish my experiment to what I considered the end... But, I’ve been up 30+ hours, and I was getting a migraine... BUT!!! These are still the BEST #curls I have ever attained, since I started my #curlyhair #journey... The last couple of pics, after I scrunched the “cast” out (I didn’t actually use a gel today, just the two products I mentioned earlier), are absolutely #GORGEOUS!!! Trying to #plop my hair a different way today... Instead of just one big plop, I parted my hair in to two of them... One on top, and then one on the back of my head... Because my hair is one length, and so long, the curls on the bottom are never very curly... (curly/wavy) So, I figure if the curls on bottom, aren’t as stretched out (from being pulled and plopped on the very top of my head), then maybe I’d get a better curl and more volume as well...
