I mentioned home composting and mushrooms as eco-friendly foods, referencing @RoadFood. Larger entertainment events produce tons of food waste which can be composted and reused. See what @DenaliWaterSolitions is already doing https://www.denalicorp.com/markets/entertainment/ . Future Farm AgriTech uses fewer fossil fuels, avoids no harsh chemicals to employ monitoring systems during the growing season for greener future too. Come grow with us.
Mushrooms are a delicious accompaniment to many dishes but @mishacollins, host, of RoadFood discovered they can take center stage in plant-based diets which reduce greenhouse gases like the compost they are grown in. 🍄

Enjoy!
While Mushroom 🍄 compost use different materials & slightly different process from kitchen waste composting, we can further reduce our carbon footprint and create a trifecta by composting our own kitchen waste
Did you know honey bees travel for work? Between July 1 and January 1 many do. The majority travel from the Northern Great Plains areas to pollinate the almond blooms for the almond milk and nuts we all enjoy. Commercially grown almonds come from California. Over half a million colonies are transported via tractor trailer to California to pollinate the almond tree blossoms and are returned via transit to restore their colonies and produce honey until the next business trip.
