Welcome to Pink, The Series

Hello and welcome! This will be the office tumblr for Pink, The Series. As you guys know the orginal JN fanfiction story, Pink, is coming to an end. However, the Pink universe is not over yet as this will be a 3 part series! So on Wednesday I went to see NSP and TWRP live and omfg was that the best decision of my life. Those guys are so fucking talented it's unreal. Dan sounded fucking incredible and TWRP even more so. Plus Brian was on his sassy A-game as well. Overall, amazing concert. I can't wait to see them again!

UPDATES AND SHIT

Yo! I'm alive yes, not dead, just briefly consumed by Overwatch. I just wanted to let you guys know that I appreciate how patient you are being for chapter 4 of TTTB. It's about halfway done and if I really push myself it should be out very soon. Because of the long wait, it's going to be a fairy lengthy chapter. Usually I like to have each chapter 4K-5k words, but this one is probably going to be close to 7 or 8. Hopefully I can motivate myself to get this done and you guys can finally get the update you've been waiting for. As always if you have any questions comments or whatever, feel free to send me an ask! I'm pretty quick with responses :)

The planning of the Castle Town rebuild had been an arduous process, and Zelda had insisted on being informed and involved at every step. The blueprints themselves had taken months of work, and she had surveyed the build site and examined and tested the materials and hand-picked the tradesmen personally. 

Eight months, it had been. Eight months since Ganon’s downfall, eight months of relentless work, and the foundations for New Castle Town had finally been laid. Bolson had invited both of them down to visit the site, to iron out any final details, and to begin preparations on the castle restoration. "This is it,” Zelda keeps saying on the ride over to Central Hyrule. “This is it, Link.”

They arrive onsite by horseback, and Zelda squeezes his hand gratefully as he helps her dismount, but pulls away quickly when Bolson comes over to greet them. They had talked about this—about keeping up appearances of a purely professional relationship until Zelda is coronated and they could safely announce their courtship, but Link already finds himself missing her.

Just two days, Link reminds himself, watching Zelda walk ahead with Bolson, eager to see the results of all her work. Just two days and they would be back in Hateno, where they revelled in near-anonymity and could truly be alone, but it would be the longest they’d gone without sharing a bed in weeks.

I still wish Ganon had been more human in botw. 

Like, I wish he could have spoken. I love the final scenes in SS and Windwaker, they feel so legit and tense because there’s this man in front of you that you have to fight mano a mano, and he’s goading and insulting you and stuff, it’s the real deal!!

Whereas Calamity Ganon is just one big mindless beast and consequently I didn’t feel as intimidated? Like sure he’s a behemoth in his second stage, but he’s also easier and I feel like that’s… wrong. It would have been cool as hell to hear a voice, like, trying to speak over Zelda’s, telling you you failed once before and you’ll fail again, etc. That would be rad.
