Burnout, anxiety, and depression in students Depression has become one of the most important health problems worldwide. There are many causes that affect mental health, the more exposure to risk factors a person is, the greater the effects they may have on their mental health. Prolonged exposure to stress can have a negative impact on brain development, and depression is one of the most typical accompanying disorders, endangering people's physical and mental health. •INTERNAL FRAUD• Although in recent years many organizations invest enormous resources to the detection, prevention, and management of risks, most leadership teams still lack a clear perspective of the risks existing in their organizations and reliable ways of how to detect, prevent and address them, reacting too slowly which can not only cause more immediate damage, but it can lead to a wider crisis. As a result, fewer organizations can anticipate these risks because they do not have the reliable knowledge and/or data to allocate their resources in a way that takes advantage of risk as a strategic opportunity to improve key value factors, while at the same time neutralizing the forces that can undermine those factors. However, there is another way to view an incident or crisis as a transition point and change it into a potential trigger for organizational transformation. If that transformation takes significant advantage in taking stock when an incident occurs, it will be able to add attributes and get to a better place, such as the adoption of new technology, an improved control environment, optimized operations, fewer losses, better employee morale, and fewer repeated incidents. It's important to recognize that one tool won't address all frauds and that technology won't keep you protected on its own. A single tool does not equate to an anti-fraud program and not all tools are apt to address all frauds, so are you collecting the right data with the right rules? •FRAUDE INTERNO• A pesar de que durante los últimos años muchas organizaciones dedican enormes recursos a la detección, prevención y gestión de riesgos, la mayoría de los equipos de liderazgo aún carecen de una prospectiva clara de los riesgos existentes en sus organizaciones y de formas confiables de cómo detectarlos, prevenirlos y abordarlos, reaccionando con demasiada lentitud lo cual no solo puede causar un daño más inmediato, sino que puede desembocar en una crisis más amplia. En consecuencia, menos organizaciones disponen de la capacidad de anticipación ante esos riesgos ya que no cuentan con el conocimiento y/o datos fiables para asignar sus recursos de manera que aprovechen el riesgo como oportunidad estratégica para mejorar los factores claves de valor, mientras que al mismo tiempo se neutralizan las fuerzas que pueden socavar esos factores. Sin embargo, hay otra forma de ver un incidente o crisis como un punto de transición y cambiarlo en un posible desencadenante de la transformación organizacional. Si esa transformación toma ventaja significativa en hacer un balance cuando ocurre un incidente, podrá sumar atributos y llegar a un mejor lugar, como la adopción de nueva tecnología, un entorno de control mejorado, operaciones optimizadas, menos pérdidas, una mejor moral de los empleados y menos incidentes repetidos Es importante reconocer que una herramienta no abordará todos los fraudes y que la tecnología no lo mantendrá protegido por sí sola. Una sola herramienta no equivale a un programa antifraude y no todas las herramientas son aptas para abordar todos los fraudes, por lo tanto ¿Está recopilando los datos correctos con las reglas adecuadas? La tecnología a menudo es tan buena como los recursos expertos, la gestión y visibilidad de datos, los controles sólidos y el monitoreo regular dedicado a ella.
