For all those moving up to WWU
…or any college, today and tomorrow, hello and welcome! Western is an amazing school and I’ve loved my first two years here! If you guys have any questions, don’t be afraid to message me! Few of my personal Western tips: 1. Don’t be afraid to talk to people, especially your dorm neighbors. Everyone is probably just as new and nervous as you are. 2. Explore campus! Find your classes, check out the gym (Late Night @ 9pm on Monday), know where all the food is (Zoe’s Bagels in library!) 3. Join a club, do an activity. Western has something for everyone. (Zumba starts up at the gym in two weeks OR Glee club has joinditions coming up!) 4. Finally, don’t sweat the small stuff. It’s okay to eat in the dining hall by yourself, everyone needs to be alone sometimes and no one really cares if you wear PJs to class. This is college, enjoy it!
