this is probably a daily occurence on tumblr.com, but I finished writing my fanfic. I feel a lil bit empty now cause I spent two years and a half on it. it's so satisfying but also strangely sad. I almost feel like Im saying bye to Naruto and Sasuke, cause I probably won't write another in-universe fanfic for them. but maybe it's not so much goodbye as it is hello again.

If you read in french and dismissed whatever happened in canon after chp 698, well, there's my little love letter to Naruto and Sasuke for you. In which Naruto and Sasuke heal together. maybe it healed some part of me too?

There are a lot of scenes depicting the contrast between Naruto and Sasuke but one of my favourite is the difference in the way they mourn

When sasuke learns the truth about Itachi and we see him crying and the anguish on his face is very obvious and he isn't holding back any emotion, he is crying his heart out

But a few chapters later, we see Naruto learning about about Jiraiya's death he just shuts off he doesn't talk to people properly and when we see him crying it looks like he is in shock, there's a sort of blank expression with tears running down his face

It's interesting because we mostly see Naruto being loud and expressing himself without any filter and Sasuke being reserved and I think it also kinda ties to dark Naruto, how he always tries to be positive and act like he has forgiven and forgotten everything but he just keeps bottling up his emotions and has difficulty accepting his negative side.
