“oh so u think Andrew was in the right? misogyny!” he doesn’t have to be in the right to be a good character I can acknowledge that he’s an objectively bad person but that doesn’t make him a bad character. especially in terms of the mischaracterisation he gets with everyone saying “Ashley was the incestuous one” no they were both at some level incestuous Andrew didn’t want to show it wich is often thought to be because of guilt but it was never from guilt it was always because of the consequences like jail or judgement. long story short: he’s probably more fucked up than Ashley and I love that for him. like god forbid a man wants to fuck his sister, kick his girlfriends teeth in and eat people. this is normal boy stuff……
