Halloween a holiday where you get to carve pumpkins, dress up and go to random peoples houses for candy. It was one of my favourite days of the year. Karura was a big fan of the holiday as well. Erioh just loved to see the Kure kids dressed up, he loved that other kids came to his door. Some even dressed up as a Kure clan member.

As a kid Raian loved Halloween but now that he didn’t get to be a little menace. destroying pumpkins, egging houses. His mom would always get after him when he did things like that. Now he had to wait for kids to come to his house so he could give them sweets.

“ quick raian there’s more kids coming!” I spoke happily. Raian grunted as he stood up following me to the door “ trick or treat “ the kids yelled out happily “ aw look at you all here have some candy” I said as I stuffed their bags with treats. “ happy Halloween!” I yelled waving.

“ weren’t they all so cute” “ I could give two shits if a kids cute or not. I just wanna throw candy at them yelling to get the fuck off my land. “ he grinned down at me “ haha mr grumpy pants. Your ruining Halloween for the kids” I said as I pinched his side. ” now what are we going to do once all these kids are gone ?” “ oh god, no it’s hallo-ween not fuckyourpartner-ween” I whined.

“ come on your my little witch you got to cast a love spell on me or something “ Raian teased as he snaked his arms around my waist giving my ass a small squeeze. “ Raian” I frowned “ what~” he mocked me. “ be a good vampire and hand candy out to little kids and then maybe you’ll get a taste of your little witch “ I smiled up at him.

It was 6 in the morning when I heard the door to the bedroom open. I didn’t react at all, not lifting my head up to see who it was, not opening my eyes, I did nothing. I already knew who it was, the red banged vampire would always come in to check up on me.

He started to walk over to my side of the bed. It was our bed but i was the one that used it the most. I felt his hand move a piece of my hair behind my ear. That’s when I opened my eyes.

“ oh your awake?” He asked his signature smile creeped up on to his face. “ I would expect you to be sleeping “ he chuckled. “ it’s kinda hard to sleep when the birds are going crazy outside “ I sighed. He chuckled yet again.

“ move over “ he spoke, in response I scooted over giving him enough room to lay. 

he lifted the blankets up and tucked himself in, opening his arms inviting me to lay in his arms.

I moved resting my head on his chest. “ typical” Crowley chuckled. “ hush Crowley, your the one who invited me in” I said. “ did I now?” Crowley questioned. In response I slapped his chest. Crowley smirked. Now I just realized that he wasn’t wearing what he usually wore. He had a dark red sweater and dark gray sweat pants.

‘ he smells good” I thought as I shoved my nose into his chest. Crowley ran his fingers through my hair. ” do you think this war will ever end? “ “ where did this come from?” Crowley asked. I turned my head as I stared into his dark blood stained eyes.

“ this war, I want it to end” I spoke softly. Crowleys eyes softened. “ it’s taxing, watching humans and vampires alike die for a unknown cause “ I sighed.

Crowley cupped my cheek and kissed me softly. “ we can get through this process together” Crowley said as his thumb gently rubbed my cheek bone. I nodded. “ you mean everything to me, (y/n), I won’t let you go so easily” Crowley said as he rubbed his nose to my own. I chuckled and smiled.

“ I just want to stay like this till the sun sets yet again” I said. Crowley kissed me on the lips “ then we can stay like this” he spoke against my lips softly.

“I love you “ he spoke.

you whispered softly, you expected him not to hear but when you looked at him his face was full of shock.

He just started to walk, slowly pulling you with him as he sat down on the couch. He hummed.

He was an asshole, and this was something that you held dear to yourself. That was one of the first times that happened, raian Kure didn’t say a word as you ranted about your feelings. He held you close, he was actually being a good lover, for the first time you both started dating.

It pained them that he only viewed them as a sparing partner or a friend . But they came to terms that the psycho kure would never like any one like that.

“ hey, (y/n), if you were married off and had a crush on someone else what would you do?” Raian asked, now this was vary out of character for him. (Y/n) blinked “ uh, I would go run away with the person I guess “ they shrugged, closing their eyes

This pain was to much to handle on your own. A pain of losing someone dear.

she spoke, her voice was rough and it seemed when she talked it cased her pain. Crowley closed his red eyes his tears fell on the face of his beloved. He chuckled sadly.

“ how?” He questioned.

He hadn’t felt this kind of pain in so long so, how? How to stop from his heart breaking? How to stop from his tears slipping. She smiled.

“ I’m not in pain Crowley “

she spoke softly.

She was so kind, it confused him, why was a woman like her so kind to a blood sucking monster like him. She was human not anything special, so why did he fall in love with livestock. He had so many questions but none of them were answered

Because in this cruel world it was hard to find love, it was even harder to find love when you are a vampire.
