Another year, another Veex reference! Did something a little different this time. Commentary under the cut :3

After nearly 8 years since originally designing Veex, the time has finally come to give them a bit of a revamp. I'll be honest, their design has been frustrating me for a while now. Simpler designs were always something I've had a strong preference for, but after a while 'simple' can feel more like 'boring'.

So I'm very satisfied with how this one turned out. Knowing myself, I will continue to poke and prod at their design for more years to come as I always have. In this moment though, we are both quite content.

「Blasphemous Rumors」 manifests as a human sized bipedal horse clad in leather gear. It has a range of five meters with the speed and strength of a typical horse. While capable in a fight, its primary ability is not suited for battle.

「Blasphemous Rumors」 exists in two modes: offline and online. When "offline", it manifests as a typical stand, abiding by the general rules governing them. When "online", it manifests in a digitized state within any device connected to the Internet. From there, the user can command 「Blasphemous Rumors」 to search for and compile information on any subject accessible from the Internet. It can even bypass some of the most robust security measures to gain access to information requested by the user. While quite useful when utilized correctly, it is not uncommon for 「Blasphemous Rumors」 to compile irrelevant information if a subject is too broad.
