Luke Danes Omegaverse Mpreg Au~

“No….no this can’t be happening!”

Luke said looking down at the positive pregnancy test in his hand.”It has to be Lorelei’s because I haven’t been with anybody in the past few months.” Luke whispered irritated as he crumbled to the bathroom floor.”How could she do this to me?!” Luke wailed.The tears were flowing down his cheeks and he was clutching his midsection for comfort.Luke sat in a fetal position for a handful of minutes before collecting himself and exiting his bathroom. “Maybe I should tell Lorelei.” Luke vocalized aloud before bursting into laughter.Luke’s face then went solemn and his laughter ceased “She doesn’t need to know.”(plus it would ruin her relationship with Christopher) but he didn’t say that part out loud.Luke managed to drag himself to his nest to get some very restless sleep.

When dawn arrived Luke put on his favorite attire(plain shirt,jeans,a backwards hat,and a plaid flannel) and he descended down his stairs to open up his diner for the day.The sun was barely peaking over the horizon but Kirk was already standing outside the diner’s door. Luke unlocked the door and acknowledged Kirk “Good morning,Kirk.” Luke greeted.”It is a good morning isn’t it,Luke?” Kirk continued on “Would you perchance be in need of any wooden furniture?” Kirk inquired.”Since when are you a carpenter?” Luke asked flipping on the lights to diner and waltzing behind the counter. “Well you see I was recently hired at this fancy new carpenter store and I was wondering if you’d be interested in any of our products.” Kirk explained maintaining uncomfortable eye contact with Luke.”Do you even know how to work with wood?” Luke asked turning away from Kirk and beginning to make a pot of coffee.”No,but I’m a fast learner.” Kirk stated in his usual monotone voice. “Oh and I heard about you and Lorelei,it’s unfortunate that you two split up-” Kirk couldn’t even finish his sentence before Luke demanded he leave. “Stupid betas.” Luke muttered under his breath as Kirk departed from the diner with his head hung low.

The rest of Luke’s day was just about the same as his morning people came in said it was unfortunate that Lorelei and he had broken up and then he kicked them out.This process repeated for a couple days before the people of Stars Hollow realized that Luke didn’t want to be pitied(no,what he wanted was Lorelei).For the next 5 months Luke lived his life in a never changing schedule:get up,brush teeth(cry as you do so),get dressed,open the diner,ignore what everyone around him is saying,close diner,go to bed(and maybe shower every once and awhile).

Then….Luke began to show,his bump was becoming noticeable and the predicament of being pregnant was something he could no longer ignore.”Guess I’m going to have to set up an appointment with my OBGYN” Luke sighed looking at himself in a floor length mirror.He hasn’t seen Lorelei in months and it was stressing him out(where is she?where is my comfort?where is my cherished alpha?).Luke heard all the gossip about Lorelei ‘She’s married to Christopher now!’ And ‘She’s moving to Hartford’-wait what.

”No,no,no,no,” Luke muttered over and over “This can’t be happening.” Luke thought to himself.Liz(Luke’s sister) had come over to his apartment to comfort him in the last few weeks of his pregnancy.”Shhh,baby brother it’s alright.” Liz whispered while comfortingly stroking Luke’s back.Luke wanted to thank Liz for all she’d done to help him prepare for the birth of his child but all he could say manage to vocalize was “No,no,no,no,no”.Luke had eventually calmed down enough to crawl into his nest(which was extremely hard to do with his heavily pregnant belly getting in the way).”It’ll be alright baby brother,your baby will be here soon and you won’t have the time to worry about that no good double crossing Lorelei!” Liz stated with a chuckle;but Liz’s words didn’t help relieve the growing despair and helplessness Luke felt inside of him.

The time for Luke’s infant to be born had come.Luke lie in his nest naked from the waist down shivering in pain from the contractions. “The doula should be here soon,Luke,so don’t you worry.” Liz said while stroking Luke’s back comfortingly.Luke grunted as another contraction ripped through him.The door to Luke’s apartment suddenly burst open “Who’s ready to have a baby?!” The euphoric doula exclaimed while slamming Luke’s front door shut. “Thank goodness you’re here,Luke’s contractions have been getting closer together and more painful and and-“ Liz began to sputter out(she never worked well in high pressure situations).“It’s alright,love, you don’t need to worry about a thing,I’ve been a doula for numerous years and believe me there’s nothing I can’t handle in the birthing department.” The cheery and sanguine doula stated.”Oh my,I just realized,I haven’t properly introduced myself yet,I’m Ms. Dailse p.-“Ms. Dailse’s introduction got cut short when Luke had another contraction and he yelped loudly.“Well it seems Mr. Luke Danes is ready to have his baby!” Ms. Dailse exclaimed.Ms. Dailse snatched her gloves from her large,wicker bag.

“Good,good,you’re doing amazing sweetie.” Ms. Dailse stated softly as Luke gave her another good push.Then Luke let out an exhausted whimper “I-I can’t do this anymore.” Luke whispered to the doula.”You can,you’re strong,you got this.” Dailse encouraged.”No,like I seriously can’t do this anymore,I-I want Lorelei!”Luke shouted pitifully.But Lorelei would never hear those words because she was with her new husband on her honeymoon in Paris,drinking the day away and eating horribly overpriced croissants.

No more than 57 minutes later Ivery O. Danes was born on October 23rd at 7:35 pm.Ivery cooed as she was placed against Luke’s chest. “You did well.” The doula stated giving Luke a thumbs up and a smile so bright it could blind you .”Thank you.” Luke replied but Luke didn’t feel like he did well,his body was wrecked,and he had a new burden to take care of.

‘Ivery O. Danes’ Luke hadn’t named her that,Liz did.Luke didn’t feel like it was right to name something you just saw as a burden,as another mouth to feed,as another thing to disappoint him.Luke is bitter and will always be bitter even towards his own child,and that’s why he will always end up alone,abandoned,left behind.
