Incredible. I love ideas like this that can turn my thinking on its head. What if all this time spent researching cancer cures and heart disease cures and dementia cures, we should really have simply been studying AGING.
Watch this quick documentary from National Geographic for a snapshot of where we were a few years ago with anti-aging research.

Fascinating listen! “Insulin resistance” is not as easy a concept to grasp as I originally thought. I love how much we still have to learn about the human body, especially when it comes to metabolism, insulin, growth hormone, and chronic disease.
If you’re someone who takes metformin, push play!

You don't set out to build a wall. You don't say 'I'm going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built.' You don't start there. You say, 'I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall.

Hormonal birth control is a feminist issue. Keep researching. Don’t become dogmatic.
“Are all women being negatively affected by hormonal birth control?”
Dr. Jolene Brighten says yes. I tend to agree.

🚨Awesome #Podcast Alert 🚨 . @wellnessmama interviews #hormone expert @nicolemjardim . "Our bodies need to be ovulating in order to operate at their best. That's the crucial component we're missing when it comes to the conventional approach to menstrual health and women's health in general. Healthy ovulation means that we're going to have normal levels of estrogen. We're going to have normal levels of testosterone, progesterone, which as I mentioned before is a very soothing, calming hormone." -Nicole Jardim . I've had #amenorrhea for 3 years, and the only solution conventional doctors have given me is to put me back on #birthcontrol. Listen in to find out why I continue to choose not to. No band-aids. Find the root cause. Currently on a #livercleanse (Tioa-He) as well as my beloved #ketogenic diet to heal heal heal. Come on body. Heal! I❤U

The link between aspartame, the most used artificial sweetener worldwide, and weight gain, obesity and other health problems is so strong that some are now calling it one of the greatest consumer frauds of all time.
