Merman/Siren! Leon S. Kennedy during mating season (Human! s/o):
((this is uh... An attempt I guess...))
Leon starts acting noticably distant a week or so prior. He knows it's coming and plans on leaving for a while until it's over.
Eventually after some prodding he finally breaks and tells you about his heat and why he has to leave for a week or two.
Quickly denies your offer to stay with him at first, explaining what happens to him during this time and how hectic it can get.
Eventually after a while he gives in and lets you stay, though he tells you to restrain him if he gets too much to handle, even knock him unconscious if need be.
When his heat does come, it hits him like a freight train.
Leon is curled up tightly in the water a little distance away, his back to you as he's afraid the sight of his s/o would trigger his mating instincts.
Noticably warm to the touch, even when fully submerged. Sensitive as well, especially around his midsection and tail.
Leon's 'needy' and rather violent during this time, barely able to restrict himself physically and mentally for fear of unintentionally hurting his s/o.
Eventually he snaps and gives in to his sexual urges and instincts, a noticably feral look in his eyes as he turns to face you.
He ends up pinning you down and pounding you hard and rough right there in the surf, curling himself around you and snuggling close once he's finished a long round or two to allow you both to rest.
Cue a lot of rough fishy sex over the course of around a week, only stopping to rest and eat.
Once it's all over, you've acquired a good number of bite and scratch marks from the merman.
Lots of affection and apology kisses from Leon afterwards, he feels guilty for letting his instincts get the best of him around his s/o but glad you stayed with him through it anyway.

((possible story or rp starter. Based off of an old anon ask))
Leon shifted lightly and gave a sleepy hum as he came to, only to pause.
Something felt off. He felt oddly confined, a stark contrast to when he fell asleep. And whatever he was sleeping on definitely wasn't sand...
The merman's eyes flew open and he sat up, looking around in a brief panic as he tried to figure out where he was. Looking down, he noticed he was in a tub filled practically to the brim with water. Slight movement of his tail causing some water to spill out over the side and onto the floor.
Looking around the area a bit more, he moved a bit in his 'prison' as a faint growl came from him as feelings of confusion and fear started to fill his mind. Where was he? How did he get here?
"Claire?", he called out, "Sherry?"
... no response.
"...Chris?", he tried. He may not be on the best terms with the older Redfield, but anything was better than nothing right now. Unfortunately, nothing was what greeted him.
What now?...

"Like this, Claire?"
Leon shifted a bit as he looked over at the female human, gaining a nod of confirmation in response. How was he talked into this again? Oh right, something about 'suprising Sherry'. Although hesitant he had agreed to do it, mainly to stop Claire's begging.
So here he was now, on a rock with his arms holding up his upper body in a similar pose to that one Disney character Sherry had told him about (Aria? Ariella? Arielle?) And although the current position he was in wasn't hurting him, it wasn't entirely comfortable either.
"Can't be out of the water forever.", Leon piped up after a bit, it had been roughly an hour since he had been told to 'get into position' and his gills were already starting to itch and his tail felt a little dry in the sun. Claire told him to hold his position and almost ran off to get Sherry, quickly glancing over her shoulder she told him, 'Remember the lyrics!', before disappearing from view.
Lyrics? When did he... The merman huffed softly as he moved to rest a bit on his arms, his hands lightly gripping onto the rock. He took a small glance around the area and started to softly hum, said humming slowly grew into soft singing.
"I don't know when... I don't know how... But I know something's starting right now..."
Leon closed his eyes as he continued to sing, halfway ignoring the sounds of approaching footsteps a few minutes later accompanied by the voices of Claire and Sherry, the young child sounding confused as the woman escorted her.
"Watch and you'll see... Some day I'll be..."
The two voices quieted as the footsteps closed in on his position, a small smirk made it's way onto the merman's face as he was certain the two humans could hear his singing from where they were.
"Part of your..."
His hands gripped a bit tighter as he lowered himself against the rock, lightly pressing his bare chest and stomach against the slightly warmed surface.
"Woooorld!!!~", as if on cue, Leon suddenly pushed himself up onto his hands and opened his eyes as he sang the last line. At roughly the same time a particularly large wave crashed behind him into the rock he was on, the seawater spraying over him and adding a sort of fantasy element to the scene.
He couldn't contain the soft chuckle that escaped at hearing Sherry's squee of excitement before looking over at the two humans, the child practically grinning ear to ear as Claire stood next to her, a smirk accompanied by a slight yet clear blush on the woman's face as she watched the scene before glancing down at the young child.
'Happy birthday, Sherry.', he lightly nodded in agreement at Claire's words before moving into a more comfortable sitting position, offering a slightly amused smile as Sherry hugged the female before almost running over and climbing onto the rock he was on. Another soft chuckle escaped the merman as the young Birkin wrapped her arms around him in a hug, his own arms moving to wrap around her in return.
A pair of lips lightly pressed against Leon's cheek as Claire's arms wrapped around both the merman and child, the young Redfield having joined in on the hug. The two adults locked eyes for a moment and smiled at each other before glancing down at the child between them, the young girl looking up and smiling in return.
...This was worth it, and nothing was going to ruin this small moment of peace the three of them had together.
'...So, does this mean Leon is gonna give up his voice for legs and marry you, mom?'

Leon has heard a bit about this holiday called 'Christmas' from random humans (mainly Sherry) but doesn't really know the concept or meaning of it, as they don't really celebrate that or any holiday under the sea.

(note: this is basically an alternate version of the last ask. I originally wanted to change the ask to this but then figured that both endings would work.
This starts right after Leon dives into the ocean)
Letting himself sink down into the depths of the ocean's embrace, Leon lightly flicks his tail to hopefully gain some distance between himself and those humans.
Seeing the sandy ocean floor below him, the merman swims for a bit longer before stopping and just letting himself float down onto his stomach. Curling into himself a bit before finally relaxing.
Leon crosses his arms and rests his head on them, glancing up towards the water's surface far above him before closing his eyes as sleep suddenly overcame him. 'Free...', he thought before slipping into unconsciousness, 'Finally...'
Hopefully those humans won't try to capture him again, he needed some rest.

Suddenly, Leon feels a pair of hands grab his tail. He struggles as hard as he can, knocking the human off of his tail and causing him to crash into the other one. As both his aggressors try to regain their footing Leon hauls himself with great effort toward the railing. He reaches up and grabs onto the rail, he was almost free...
Feeling a pair of hands grab his tail, Leon moves and thrashes his tail around, struggling as hard as he can until the human was knocked off. The force causing them to crash into another human nearby.
Taking this opportunity while his two aggressors were regaining their footing, the merman hauls himself with great effort towards the railing. A small relieved smile came upon his face as he reaches up and grabs the railing, hauling himself up onto it before leaning forward a bit and glancing down at the ocean below. He was almost free...
Feeling a sudden prick in his neck, Leon pulls himself over the railing and plunges into the water below with a splash. Letting himself sink further down into the depths and hopefully away from those humans.
Feeling sleep suddenly overcome him, the merman thought he saw a blurry figure swimming towards him. Was it a dolphin? Or maybe another merperson.
He watched the figure swim towards him before finally closing his eyes and slipping into unconscious. Hopefully whoever or whatever his potential savior was they would be nicer than those humans...
And hopefully those humans won't try to capture him again. For a while at least.
(note: cleaned this up and changed it a bit.)

Leon crawls across the rough deck floor, wincing in pain as his tail dragged behind on the surface, rubbing off a few scales. His head began to spin and his gills burned in the dry air. Water. He needed water soon, or else he'll begin to suffocate. Suddenly he flinched as he heard a shout. "IT'S GETTING AWAY!" Leon saw two humans in white lab coats running to his direction. It was going to be flee or fight...
Crawling across the rough deck floor, Leon winces in pain as his tail dragged behind him, the friction causing a few dark blue scales to become rubbed off.
His head started spinning and his gills burned as they twitch again in the open air, he needed water and fast or else he would end up suffocating. And that was something the merman definitely didn't need.
Hearing the shouting of a human made him flinch, he had been spotted and being out of the water meant he was vulnerable at the moment. A glance over in the direction of the voice confirmed Leon's fear as he sees a few humans making their way over to him, having clearly seen the escaping merman.
He could attempt to use his nails and tail as weapons but other than that he was defenseless out of the water, leaving only really one option.
Looking back to the railing he continues to crawl across the deck, pulling and dragging himself as fast as he could as he got closer to the railing. He winces as a few more of his scales got rubbed off but continues his journey towards the railing, towards the water.
And hopefully towards his freedom.

step by agonizing step, Leon pulled himself upstairs. it was difficult to gain traction against the floor, but with some exertion, he managed to flop his way upward, slowly but surely. eventually, after many arduous minutes, he reached the top rung and dropped clumsily onto the deck, panting. he heard voices. there were humans on the ship. he had to make his way across the deck and climb overboard, somehow, but he musn't be seen...
After what felt like forever, the merman finally reached the top of the stairs and flopped clumsily onto the deck. He was almost panting by now and could feel the need for water starting to build within him, slowly but surely.
Pushing himself up by his arms, the gills on Leon's neck twitched slightly as he took a breath of air before looking around. He could hear voices nearby meaning humans were on the ship with him.
Great...
He looks around the deck before spotting the railing, the smell of the ocean told him that he was almost home. He just needed a way to get across the deck somehow and get overboard without being seen...
Giving a soft huff, the merman lowers himself down and starts slowly dragging himself across the deck and towards the railing, looking around every so often as he heard the voices of humans. He moves his tail in an effort to help push himself forward, although it didn't help much it was something at least.
Hopefully he wouldn't be seen by any humans...

with great effort, Leon hauls himself out of the top of the tank and pushes himself onto the floor, hitting the ground with a thud. Ouch. That hurt. Fortunately, it didn't seem to alert anyone, and seeing no danger Leon begins to pull himself toward the exit door...only to be met with a flight of stairs leading up to the deck. Well, this is going to be a bit of a problem...
The merman gives a muffled grunt as his body hits the floor, he would be feeling something later but for now he needed to get out of here and fast.
Looking around, he gives a small sigh of relief as no one was alerted before moving to begin dragging himself towards the door.
A small smile grazes Leon's lips as he could almost feel the water's embrace already, however his smile soon disappeared as his gaze fell apon a flight of stairs just beyond the door.
"Great...", he murmurs with a sigh, this would pose a problem seeing as stairs were usually made for humans with feet and not for a fish tailed creature of the sea like him, and an added problem in the fact that the stairs were leading upwards.
Giving a small grunt, the merman places his hands on the stairs and slowly starts to pull himself up them, his tail dragging behind him almost uselessly as he slowly dragged himself up the stairs and towards the deck.
This would be easier if he had legs...

Leon notices the room seems to be moving. His tank seems to be on a boat, if only there was some way to escape the tank and make it on deck he has a decent chance of escape...
He was on some sort of boat, great.
Leon looks around the aquarium for any means that could help him escape, he didn't know how tough the glass was and he knows that singing would probably bring unneeded attention to the merman.
He looks up at the top of the aquarium and gives a hum, he could try jumping out of the tank and crawling to freedom, but would it work?
It would be a risky move, but it might be worth a shot.

Leon awakes to find himself in an enormous aquarium inside a big dark room. "Let me out!" he yells, pounding at the glass. No response
After not hearing a response, the merman gives a soft huff and backs away from the glass a bit. He drifts down to the bottom of the aquarium and curls into himself, trying not to panic.
How something, he assumed humans, had captured him and put him in here he didn't know, but he knew two things, that he wanted to get out of here and back to the ocean somehow.
And that he was honestly scared of what these humans might do to him.

the people on the beach try to pick him up and carry him to the water but he is frightened and struggles violently. they eventually settle with covering him with a wet towel to keep him from drying out while waiting for help to arrive
Leon feels the wet towel covering him and manages to smile a bit, at least they didn't want him to dry out. The gills on his neck finally close as the merman breathes normally.
He had tried communicating with the humans in his own tongue, however their confused faces told him they couldn't understand him either. 'So, it's a language barrier then. Great.' the dirty blonde thought to himself as he moved into a better position, keeping his tail close to himself as well as keeping the wet towel on it.

the surrounding humans keep trying to talk to him, in a language he doesn't understand. some smaller ones, presumably children, curiously touch his scales and fins, perplexed at the strange fish man lying on the ground
Leon looked around at the hunans surrounding him. He couldn't understand what they were saying, and some kept touching the scales on his tail. The merman curled his tail around himself, still slightly frightened as well as confused.
He wasn't supposed to be seen.
Especially not by humans.
