11:11 is a song inspired by true events. Being young and in love isn't easy especially when the two of you are too immature to properly communicate and compromise for the sake of the relationship. 11:11 is based off the last day me and my ex were together.

After having some lingering issues in the relationship we thought it would be necessary to dedicate an entire day together to figuring out how to navigate the troublesome waters. Experiencing a range of emotions from bitterness, to rage, to happiness, to lust within the spand of more than 6 hours, we both knew in the back of our heads this was goodbye.

I don’t have to wear my spirituality on my sleeve just to identify as spiritual. I dont have to talk everyday all day about spiritual topics just to be spiritual. I dont need to grow locs, eat sea moss, only speak positive, and only wear crystals to be spiritual. That’s not how this works. Me just being my authentic self is enough. Because authenticity is what aligns you with your soul. Spirituality isn’t a “certain look” it’s a vibrational frequency in which many will claim but few actually embody.
