This is so much more than weight loss. The picture on the left is last September. Yes, clearly I dropped weight, but look at the difference. In September, I was slouching, insecure, ashamed of how I looked, not happy in my skin. The picture on the right is from February. I am confident, standing tall, no longer ashamed of how I looked, happy in my skin. I will tell you, I was skeptical, I thought nothing would help me get rid of my muffin top. But never for a minute could I have imagined the string of other effects this system would have on me! My chronic back pain, which had been reduced by other products but never relieved, was now gone. That moment when you realize you aren't hurting, that you are feeling good, is truly mind blowing. My skin usually cracked and bled on my hands every winter from the cold dry air. I absolutely love this visual. Mindset is something I personally struggled with for years. I won’t say I don’t still struggle but the progress I have made is monumental. Let’s get real for a moment here. No one, let me say that again, NO ONE can make you a success but you. Stop blaming others or making excuses. I felt like a flowery picture today. My 6 year old reminded me today that it was time to cut back the old stems on the mums because the new leaves are starting to grow. Yes that’s right, the first signs of life are coming back! Unfortunately right along with that were several nasty weeds starting to grow in the rocks near the mums. I also saw a ladybug 🐞. Even though mums flower in the fall, their foliage returning is one of the first signs spring is near. Having said all that, we are expecting 6-8 inches of snow tomorrow.
