Asking for Witchy/spiritual advice

I’m a beginner witch with adhd and that thing where you can’t see images in your mind (I can’t remember the name all i know it the apple isn’t there when i close my eyes) and im struggling with things like meditating and imagining things and intent etc. i really want to be able to practice my craft to the best i can but its really hard when I struggle to remember basic tasks and I can’t use my mind like others. I’m wondering if there’s any other witches or spiritual people out there who struggle like i do and if so how do you manage or work around it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

made coffee jelly for the fist time and it turned out well! i did use just espresso shots to make this so it is really strong, but it is still really nice! in future i will probaly just make 2 strong long blacks and use that insted of pure espresso lol.

this is my first time makeing so if i make it again ill update!
