A new twist on plantain chips!

Is that bacon? Nope! It’s plantain chips, so this time around I decided to try something new as usual and use a potato peeler to get my slices length wise. Let me tell you, I may not go back! So thin and tasty, I can’t believe how good they were. I love thin chips so I couldn’t resist a wee experiment!

This cake was definitely a work out, the recipe wasn’t kidding when they said beat egg whites till very stiff… just saying I beat those eggs like they owed me money for over and hour, they tripled in size but holy bejesies was the cake airy and delicious

Honey doughnut with a vanilla almond glaze

Gotta love a quick recipe, in this case these doughnuts are made from biscuits! Just poke a hole in the center of your biscuit of choice, give them a wee fry and don’t forget your favorite topping and your good to go.
