Although everyone and their mother has posted this collection ... here is my take on #makingmauves by @colourpopcosmetics . . . . @colourpopcosmetics generously sent this collection to me when it first got out before the pandemic, but because of the border restrictions and limited travel i only received it like some days ago 🙈 it took a little while to travel to me but here it is now the star of my vanity table 😍 . . . The quality of the eyeshadow, blushes and lippies it is outstanding, high pigmentation, easy bleandable, they look verry flattering on the eye. there is a bit of fallout but it's to be expected with such a high pigmented eyeshadows. Hello from the inside I face timed a thousand times !📱🙈🙄 . . . I am struggling to remember what "normal" was like. Summer is here, and the lockdown/self-isolation rules are being rewritten. Shops and restaurants slowly reopen, slowly everything comes back to life, to a new normal. But the new normal is far from normal. And if at the beginning of the current pandemic my mental state was anxious but otherwise ok, now my emotions are all over the place, I think I am finding the uncertainty of this present time more complicated than the #stayathome we had earlier. Like everyone else, I want to do what is right and safe but is pretty unclear about what that is, and I also want some human contact, a hug, a tea with a friend face to face. Lunch with friends seems so excessive nowadays!! I grew pretty tired of technology, pretty tired to run alone in the forest, pretty tired to shop online. Tired and unmotivated seems to be my motto these days. Of course like everyone else I had plans for the summer, but I don't know if my plans will be possible this year. I'm trying to readjust them, but the fear and uncertainty are there. I miss my sister, and I miss mom! . . . . How is the situation where you are? What are your worries at the moment?
