This wasp nest inspired piece took several months; mostly just couldn’t find the motivation. It’s comprised of deconstructed toilet paper rolls that were cut into strips are re-glued into the hexagon shapes, then I used acrylics to paint them and the canvas. This is what happens when I shoot with my iPhone; This almost became my most expensive photo; I was taking a picture of the inside of a living, hollow tree, when I dropped my #iphone6s into it!!
