I know I'm a day late but, better late than never! As it's world Mental Health Day, I thought I'd give you guys a little insight to how I'm doing. Over the past few months I've had a lot of ups and downs, my career and my life online has been pretty awesome but, while everything was going so great on the outside, my personal life has been a struggle for a variety of reasons which I won't go into details about. I seeked help by talking to the people around me about my issues and I've even looked into seeing a therapist. Everyday things have been getting easier bit by bit but that's not to say I won't have down days. I'm fortune enough to know that when I hit rock bottom, I have to right support to help pull me back. Thank you ❤ Just remember to never be afraid to ask for help from your friends, family, colleges, gp, whoever you feel safest talking to, it's okay not to be okay sometimes. Your voice matters and your life is important.
