Self care when your sick I'm always wanting to stay in bed, so I set a timer when I wake up. In that one hour I will be doing something productive. You can write in a journal but personally, right now I am writing on my blog about what I can do throughout the day to feel better. I made a tea, I suggest adding honey to it as well for congestion. After writing what your plan is to feel better, do these things like a top priority. My plan to feel better : I will drink tea throughout the day with honey, and I will take a vitamin D, and magnesium. ( Take vitamin B12, D, and C if you have it ) Next I will be stretching my body. Take a pain reliever for a headache or body pain too. I will now use my ice roller on my face, and wash my face with hot water. For breakfast have some fruit and ice cold water. Go outside. You need some sun and you will feel alot better. For lunch have some more fruit or soup and have another tea. Stay active throughout the day. You need to. I hope this helps <3

Shifting Question
I said affirmations without any subliminals or guided meditation or script or method. I wasn't in my DR but I saw someone hitt!ng my hand repeatedly and then the last h!t I felt it. I also felt like there was liquid draining from my mouth and nose ( I imagined it was bl00d and then I woke up and there was nothing draining from me.. What does this mean???

Reality Shifting Mindset ~ And a bonus at the bottom <3 Its not complicated. Trust in the fact you have to ability to shift. Now ask yourself, what does it feel like to be a master shifter ? Really embody that feeling. What does it feel like to be someone who has shifted to Hogwarts for a month ? You are shifting the reality around you. You are shifting your mindset to be in that place. When your shifting, remember what it is like to be in your dr. Then the reality changes around you. ~ All you need to do is believe, then your will shift. ~ fake it till you make it. Stop saying your going to "try" to shift tonight. That will not make you shift stop saying "i'm shifting now'' too. Its only holding you back. Its simple.

shifting tip :
I like to do guided meditation. At a point that it feels right, I close my eyes and looking through my minds eye I look around my room. See every detail you can remember. Then later on in the guided method you chose, don't think about it but you remember to see through you minds eye the same way you did earlier but your seeing your dr room. In my mind I then lay down in my dr bed that Im visualizing / seeing through my minds eye, closing my eyes, and I think about whats going on the next day in my dr and really feel the emotions. Example : maybe theres a breakfast with his family the next day in your dr and your nervous. Really embody the nervous feeling and tell yourself the same things you would as your cr self. You then sleep and tell yourself it will be fine the breakfast with his family wont be bad, and look forward to it. Hope this helps <3

Studying step by step plus motivation <3
You need a note book , a pencil , a pen , and highlighters which is optional but use full. Things that bring motivation into studying : For me at least my music is often quite distracting, so I don't listen to my regular music. Instead put on quiet meditation, waves / or rain sound from youtube. I will then light some candles, and only use the warm lighting. I like to study on my bed, so I make it nice and cozy. Something that helps motivate me to study is to search study notes on Pinterest and see how the notes are laid out.
Now to the studying part.. Write down your subject on the top left hand side, then put a date. Then write down below the right top side a list of the categories of the key things you are learning. example : English 09 / 15 / 2024

Now you can write down the things on that list. I will show another example of what that should look like, then provide a example of a test question and answer to show you how to memorize it.

The story : ( insert story name ) A girl named ( L ) was the most famous person in her town. Her friends names were : ( K ) and ( C ) . K was very jealous of ( L ) and leaked her address and ( L ) went missing.
The characters :
( here write down all the important information about each character and the details that put them in the story. )
( L ) - the main character ( C ) ( K )
Test question example : Who is L, and what happened to her ? ( What you would answer and memorize : ) L is the most famous girl in town. K who L thought was one of her best friends leaked her address, and then L went missing.

Self Care
I started using a gua sha quite a few months ago and although these photos aren't mine, you should know that it works!! I used to have a very weak jawline and now its appeared. Also a bonus tip is to use your daily cleanser to lubricate your face, and most importantly make sure to drink at least 3 bottles of water through out the day, and use a ice cube and rub it on your face afterwards to de-puff. I used my gua sha on my nose to0 and I have seen major results. I followed the gua sha with my nose routine and did nose massages as well. Self Care
This is what I do when my hair is dry, and dull <3 I take some aloe vera gel (store bought) - but getting aloe fresh and pure is the best I would think! On no hair washing days put aloe vera gel all over your head and just get in the shower wash your body, and then simply rinse your hair ( not all the way) and air dry your hair. It makes my hair feel so healthy, silky, and shiny. Must try!!

Self care Around an hour before bed, I like writing in my journal. It doesn't have to be about anything specific but it gives me a sense of calm, and you could even listen to some meditation music, light a candle or 2, make a tea, and turn on a lamp at night instead of the big light to give your space a warm feel to it. Whenever I do this it makes me really relaxed and its great for those days when your stressed, or when you need some relaxation in you. Give it a try and let me know how it helps you <3

A little bit about me : I enjoy writing, because I find it calming, and its just something I believe I am good at. I started this blog to help me manage my thoughts, and to feel more social because I get anxious talking to people sometimes. The topics I would like to post about, are things I do not talk about with others. I also like the feeling I get when I get to help others with the topics I am able to talk about with ease.
