I'd advice everyone to track their cycle while they're restricting. Many people don't just gain some weight during their period but also during their ovulation.
I retained around 2lbs of water weight this time and I feel like it's helpful for your peace of mind to know that you're not failing, but that your body is just doing it's thing. 🤌🏻

I just planned my meals for the next week and I'm actually feeling very confident, if I'm being honest?
I hate throwing away food or just having it sit in the fridge or freezer so I managed to incorporate most of the ones it want to get rid of in next week's meal plan while always staying between 500-700 calories daily. We'll see how this goes.
