This might just be me but I feel like girls have higher rates of EDs and self harm because we aren't diagnosed early on with things like adhd and autism so we are just left thinking we are the problem, causing us to try and "fix" ourselves and when we fail we blame and punish ourselves with maladaptive coping mechanisms like sh and starving/binging

It's all about calories in calories out. Calories in calories out is a myth. You should try intermittent fasting. Fasting makes you binge. Don't eat less than 1200 calories a day. If you eat more than 500 calories a day you aren't really anorexic. What's your BMI? BMI is a myth. Have you tried purging? Purging will kill you, stay safe. Are you on EDtwt? It's so toxic. Hejka! Będąc od kilku lat w tej chorobie, postaram sie tu zebrać kilka przydatnych rad dla każdego motylka :).
1. Ale moi bliscy się troszczą, co zrobić? - Czyli jak oszukiwać.
• metoda jedzenie na "pokaz". Wejdź do kuchni, zrób przy kimś pyszny posiłek, bez żadnych dietetycznych zamienników, spraw aby zauważyło to jak najwięcej osób. Następnie wejdź do pokoju i wsadź do worka, wyrzuć na najbliższym spacerze.
• Nigdy nie jedz samemu! Nawet głupi batonik zjedz na oczach innych - będą mniej podejrzewali
• "poskakałabym ale to strasznie głośne..." koc! Połóż koc na ziemi, weź grube skarpetki, nikt sie nie skapnie że ćwiczysz.
• bilans a co gorsze lekarz - nie zapomnij upić się wodą, litrem, nawet dwoma, do lekarza załóż dużo ubrań, przydatnym sposobem może też być wszycie kieszonki w bieliźnie, i włożenie tam monet ! :)
2. Jak się najeść, aby się nie najeść?
• woda! Duuużo wody. Łatwo zapełnia, czasami niweluje uczucie głodu.
• energetyki zero - lepsza alternatywa dla napojów zero, często słodki smak i kofeina zastąpią ci posiłek.
• różne cuda typu erytrol, makarony konjac, warzywa - ogromna porcja za mało kalorii
• przeżuwamy tyle ile tylko możemy - spowalnia nam to posiłek, i bardziej najada
• zupy! Ciepły najadający obiad, znowu, z małą ilością kalorii
3. Bez kategorii
• coś co musi mieć każdy - waga kuchenna, i to nie taka co stoi w kuchni, tylko wasza własna, ukryta w pokoju. To dosyć podejrzane że ważycie każdy posiłek...dlatego weź jedzenie i zważ u siebie.
• chusteczki, woreczki miej je przy sobie, łatwo tam schować jedzenie - ja polecam najbardziej jednak. Woreczki.
• zapuść paznokcie. To idealna schowka na masło, i inne takie
