NEW PHONE FUND - my phone broke unexpectedly. please help a transmasc terminally ill man pay off a phone ;o; (commissions open)

i CANNOT believe i'm making this post a DAY after advertising my regular commissions lmao but - here we are. With photos.

On 10 June 2025 my phone fell (IT WAS JUST PAID OFF, i want to point this out btw - i can't afford a new phone without payment plans and this one was JUSTTTT paid off). at first it worked alright, but then it started to turn off on its own and by the next morning, 11 June, it wouldn't turn on at al and the back panel had come unglued. I took it for repairs at an official shop and at first they thought they'd just have to glue it back but after looking more closely, a lot more was damaged - i didn't understand what they explained much, but they quoted me about 800 BGN (400 EUR) for repairs - about the price of a new phone.

Since that phone is out of warranty now and was having problems with its screen anyway, i decided to get a new one, which i did, on a PAYMENT PLAN since as i've said i can't afford a new one otherwise. this one is in warranty at least so if it breaks i can get it looked at lol.

SO, I need help paying it off! my goal is 600 Euros, which i will put in a separate bank account and use from to pay it off monthly for as long as it lasts. i've been living with my partner on only disability benefits (i'm unable to work - i've looked into options, but my physical disabilities + being terminally ill make actual work impossible), so any added expense is way, way too much for us both.

i've opened some special commissions for this + any donations count! please, if you can't help, please share this post. i really need help (i always do, but this is even more stressful).

Witches of the North - Winter Journey (Book 1)

Things look bleak for Christopher Hawks, a 23 year old trans man, this year: last September he shattered the legendary sword of the kingdom of Northland and is now being tracked down by the elite Hunters – events being a result of a few unfortunate choices made in order to help a Witch named Winter (who, in turn, also receives help from a Witch named Ian).

Now Chris, following Winter’s lead and dragging along a few others with him, is on his way to (reluctantly) reach the current Queen and challenge her to a duel. But it seems that Winter is more than impatient – could there be a deadline to their mission? And why does everything seem a little too easy?

only played this game recently, and this was my favorite part.

...being abducted (the experiments that created ICARUS). she had to be talked into it by Mere, but she relented eventually since Chris was inexplicably - for her - cutting his own hair obsessively. for Chris, he needed his hair to look the same as it did during the experiments because that was when he, ICARUS, and the Fourth formed as alters (Chris has no "original" personality, as he fragmented at around 2-3) and any other look felt off and wrong. Mask was formed after he came home as a shield to cope with the world. though Chris wasn't aware of ANY of this - having had his memory of the abduction altered and erased. in his view, he one day just had the need to have his hair short and started chopping it himself since Cathrine wouldn't hear of it at first. he didn't even know he had DID until he was taken to therapy after a few other incidents.

Meredith found out about the hair situation and had a horrible row with Cathrine over it, interpreting the whole thing as gender dysphoria (which it only partially was), and his mother realized how much more comfortable he was with shorter hair after this photo was taken. it's her favorite of him, though to this day she still refers to him by his deadname and wrong pronouns.

important to note that the experiments DID NOT cause Chris's gender transition - the scientists never referred to him as any specific gender, since they didn't care. to them, all the kids were "it". he would have been trans even sans the trauma :) Cathrine thinks otherwise, but that's her own problem. i want to express that she is not a horrible or abusive mother, just unable to deal with and accept certain things. she allowed Chris to get help and buy the clothes & a binder he wanted and didn't argue anymore after the haircut incident, simply treating his gender identity as "none of her business" and doesn't really want to hear of it.

Meredith Hawks is The Coolest Aunt Ever, older than Cathrine, and she's an underwater archaeologist who married a treasure hunter. she was also the one who chose the surname Hawks originally, and Cathrine adopted it when she moved to Northland with Victor years and years ago (Chris's dad). they're both NC with their blood relatives for unknown reasons.

CHASE + KIP PROFILE SHEETS

Chase was created several years ago because i wanted an insufferable OC named Chase and then his story just grew and grew…….. please give him some love, he's my sweetheart who can do no wrong (he does everything wrong, he's a serial cheater before Kip, and a scoundrel and a jealous possessive asshole). Kip is his bf and love of his life, he's stubborn and loud, jealous and also a serial cheater (usually WITH Chase on whatever partner he has at the time). they have a bunch of AUs as well :)

i tried to express slightly different coloring styles in each to represent his state of mind during each reflection:

dissociated, childhood, watery, single color

transition, won't even stop to look, glitchy, out of frame/out of sorts

stable but a bit broken, takes just a moment to smile at himself
