You stared down at the box recently delivered to your address; It hadn't even been five hours since you accidentally left him on seen, yet he did this, going the extra mile.

It terrified you.

You couldn't read Satoru, you don't know what he was playing at, at all. He hadn't been like this the last time, on that occasion you were the one doing all the chasing, until one day he didn't respond and you didn't reach out, and that was the end of that. Even so, you hadn't known each other much, your conversations lacked depth, so mundane they were forgettable, and you had grown up since then, clearly you were different people. But that didn't change the fact that Satoru was being suspiciously insistent, as if he desperately wanted something from you, something you were almost sure you couldn't give him. Ren and Kiyoko's words came to mind, you were most likely using each other, it was probable that Satoru was simply lonely and wanted someone to entertain him; maybe he sincerely thought the only way he could keep a relationships was through money, or maybe you were thinking too much into it.

You sighed once again and opened it again, it was obviously Dior -that brand will most likely become your thing, if you allow it- a pretty pink set, it looked like it would be a little big on you, but nothing a few pins wouldn't fix. You unknowingly smiled, feeling the soft fabric of what had just became the priciest piece of clothing you owned.

"What're you thinking, Satoru?" You asked no one in particular.

Damn, reader insert stories reach a much wider audience but I really like creating Ocs and world building. Nothing fills me with more joy than creating a well rounded character, giving them flaws, strengths and all the shebang, choosing a name that fits them and drawing their looks, it keeps me entertained and motivated. Writing a reader insert sometimes becomes a little bland bc you can't give it traits that are too specific, let alone niche, because then its not reader insert, its an oc without a name.

truthfully, I don't enjoy consuming or producing xreader, but like every artist, I want my work to be recognized and my OCs are painfully ignored every time. So I started producing that content, it's not so bad, but I really wanna describe my character in dept and I can't actually do that, that's why I think I'm going to stick to SMAUs for the time being, until I grow comfortable writing for readers.

Kinda makes me sad but its whatever.
