It is now time to kick of the summer! This year I will be holding an event to celebrate the official start of it, send me any DNAngel character(s) and/or pairing as well as a prompt of your choice from either this list and/or this one. I’ll write you a drabble based on said prompts.

The bespectacled man known to most as Hiwatari Kei quickly surveyed the scenery with a smile. “It’s a shame that Niwa-san isn’t here.” The wind was blowing some leaves off the branch of a nearby maple tree. Perhaps, the other’s eyes would have lit up at the sight. Or he’d practically trip over some stray branches or so, seeming quite flustered with a “S-Sorry, I got distracted.” That was Niwa-san’s unique charm after all. “Though if you had known that ‘I’ wasn’t human, would you still treat me the same as you have been doing?” Kei commented, eyes closing with that same smile. “And yet…I’d like for us to continue meeting as always.”

Valentine's 2025: kosuke and kei, cherry blossoms!

Kosuke laid the blanket down with a smile, “What do you think of this spot for flower viewing?” “I think this is a nice spot that you chose, Niwa-san. I can definitely see the cherry blossoms in full bloom from here.” Hiwatari-san responded with a smile as well. The two sat down, side by side as they watched the pink petals fall. Then Kosuke placed the large bento box on the blanket, and he uncovered the top. Inside were some sakura mochi, onigiri as well as a variety of wagashi. Picking up a single onigiri, he handed it over to the other. “Why thank you, Niwa-san~ Perhaps next time, I’ll bring something for us to enjoy.”

Valentine's 2025: risa and mio hio, quiet moment

The two girls sat next to each other, watching as Riku went off to play beach volleyball with her friends. The waves moved closer and then far. “Hey Mio-chan…It looks like you got along with everyone. I was kind of worried, considering you moved here.” Risa spoke with a smile. “Why thank you, Harada-san.” Mio smiled back at her. Reaching for the fruit punch glasses, the two smile at each other. “Cheers!” The two girls clinked the cups together, a little bit of the punch escaping. Mio and Risa sipped at their drinks, enjoying the rest of the day at the beach.

Sacred One event: May I also request KosuKei with a bit of whump?

“-san…” Kosuke could barely make out who exactly was calling for him just now. His eyes tried to stay open, making out what seemed to be a concerned expression on the stranger’s face. From what he could tell, they were merely just a dark colored blur. “...te.” What was that? “...pital.” The man could feel that someone was holding onto him very tightly with the intention of never letting go. The more he tried to listen, the more the man could feel himself barely holding onto his consciousness. “...rry.” Kosuke managed to say before being greeted by darkness, not wanting whoever it was to worry.

“Oh come on…You should take a photo with us!” Takeshi pouted, looking at his fellow classmate. Hiwatari glanced up from his laptop, looking disinterested as usual. “I don’t see what’s exciting about taking a photo.” “Don’t tell me you’ve never taken any, not even with your family?” The raven haired teen raised an eyebrow. “Not really.” Hiwatari shrugged, returning to typing. Placing his hand close to the top of the laptop, he grinned, “Surely, you can spare some time with Daisuke, Sekimoto and I right? Just one photo?” Hiwatari sighed, getting up from his seat. “Just one photo, it is then.”

Sacred One event: Fukami/Yuu with Sacred Maiden imagery?

“Fukami-sama?” Yuu looked at him in confusion. The more he looked at her, the more he couldn’t get rid of that image in his mind. One of Yuu dressed in a pristine white dress and a laurel wreath in her head, the very picture of purity. The pencil fell out of his hand at the thought. The young girl picked up the pencil, looking worried as she handed it over. “It’s nothing…” He went back to sketching some more, only to tear the page out in frustration. “Are you feeling alright?” Yuu glanced at him with worry. “I’m fine…”

Valentine's 2025: kosuke and kei, meeting too soon or too late

Navigating the streets in an unfamiliar country was probably not the best idea, especially since he had a map blocking his view for the most part. Bumping into someone, Kosuke nearly dropped the map in his hand. “Ah…I apologize, I wasn’t watching where I was looking.” Looking up, he sees a bespectacled raven haired man smiling at him. “It’s no problem, I wasn’t watching as well, I was on my way out.” There was something off about the man that he couldn’t put his finger on, despite how the other looked. Yet as Kosuke looked up again, the man was no longer there.

Kosuke gulped at the scene before him, a shirtless Hiwatari-san in front of him handcuffed onto the bed. “What’s the matter, Niwa-san~ A little too much for your liking~”“A-Aren’t you teasing me a little too much despite being restrained like this?” The man protested, looking away from the other completely flustered. Even so, Kosuke still approached the other hesitantly. Trailing his fingers from his arms to the other’s chest, he could hear Hiwatari’s breath hitch. “...Surely, something like this isn’t enough to satisfy you. Isn’t that right, Niwa-san~” At those words, he slid the commissioner’s trousers down with the briefs soon following. Generously coating his fingers, Kosuke put one leg on his shoulder. Sliding one finger past the puckered rim, he blinked, feeling less resistance than usual. “...Did you?”“...Should I not have~” Despite how breathless the other sounded, he could still hear the teasing in his tone. To that, Kosuke added another finger, scissoring them. Continuing his ministrations, he earned a moan from the other once he hit that one spot. The other leg leaned on his other shoulder, interrupting him. “...Now then, I think I’m just about ready. Though if you need more time, do let me know~” It was going to be quite the night…

Coping Secret Valentine Gift for @flareontoast

“You know I never got to say it to him.” Satoshi said, looking off into the distance at the sea. Almost as though searching for someone that is no longer there. His eyes, two pools of blue that held more emotion than usual. After all, it’s truly rare for him to ever show any sort of vulnerability. “Hiwatari-kun…” Daisuke froze, unsure what to say at this moment. The back of the teen before him trembled slightly, much like the last leaf on a tree during winter. Listening to Satoshi’s words could only offer as much comfort as it didn’t necessarily relieve the underlying issue. Slowly, he made his way towards the other, stepping off to the side. “Did you hate him?” The redheaded boy asked, hands gripping onto the railing. “I…I don’t know…” Satoshi’s voice cracked as he spoke. “It’s okay if you don’t know…I think your dad was trying to show that he cares for you in his own way.” Daisuke reached over for his hand, not expecting for the other to hesitantly reach back. “N-not that I know how he thinks since I’m not him.” He laughed nervously. Hearing no answer, Daisuke started to wonder if he offended Satoshi. “...Thank you, Niwa.” Listening to the response, he blinked a couple of times before it registered. “Y-you’re welcome, Hiwatari-kun. I didn’t really do anything, though.” Daisuke scratched the back of his head with an awkward smile. “You did a lot.” Satoshi shook his head, the beginnings of a smile starting to form. “If you don’t mind…” The other started to say before trailing off. “What is it? If there’s anything I can do to help, let me know.” He asked, curious as to what the other may request. “Would you mind staying with me here for just a little longer?” “I don’t mind.” Daisuke nodded with a reassuring smile. The two turned around, continuing to admire the waves.

“Hey, do you ever miss Azumano now that you’re over there?” Risa said, speaking into the phone. “It sounds like you’re having a lot of fun there…” There’s a moment of silence on the other line. “...Of course I do.” Riku finally answered after a few more minutes. “It took me a while to get used to my new home…Especially since you’re not around to get on my nerves anymore.” Risa paused before she spoke once more. “Ahahaha…so you missed me that much huh, Riku really can’t do anything without me, can you?” Tears began to trail down her face along with the sound of sniffling from the other line. “Take good care of yourself, alright?”

Kickoff event request: Characters go to the temple for the first prayer of the year.

“So, what are you all going to pray for?” Takeshi asked, stepping away from the bell. “And why exactly would I tell you?” Sekimoto rolled his eyes. “...Do we really have to tell you?” Daisuke replied, soon after. “There could be a chance that after we tell you, that it won’t happen.” “Oh come on…We’re all friends here~” Takeshi said, not at all bothered by the two’s attitudes. “What’s the worst that could happen? Failing a test if you prayed for good results?” At that point, Sekimoto looked away. “Wait…Seriously?” He blinked at his friend’s reaction, clearly not expecting that.

“I don’t suppose you would tell me more about this holiday, would you Hikari-san?” Elm Root spoke up, that indiscernible smile of his plastered on as always. “It’s the season of giving or so I hear. More so for couples who give presents to each other.” Rio explained, disinterest in her eyes. “I see…” The artwork hummed as though in deep thought. “I’ll be right back.” The artist watched as he walked away, not giving a single thought as to what he was planning. “Here you, Hikari-san. Merry Christmas.” Right in the artwork’s hands were a bouquet of red roses. “I think these would suit you, don’t you think so~”
