The rotting sky crawls back each day but I know its okay.

I Am Sick

today i fell back into a habit that i thought was over. i began to believe i had control but todays another day in this shit show of a life; self harm is all my brain is saying i have; ive ignored my girlfriend for hours, hidden from my family and i cant stop these thoughts driving through my head that desire me to commit to more. i want this disease to dissolve into the back of my head and leave me alone, but nothing is working. i have help, im on meds, i have uni placements... but im still so pained. this is excruciating and i dont want it anymore
