It's crunch time!
So everyone, we have been trying to raise 320 to be able to pay for a week, and we're stuck at $100. Payment is due on the room again by 11am.
We have several things to offer such as commissions (art and writing) and editing (need someone to check your writing?) and we still have a 50% off offer on that.
Direct donations are also okay as well.
You can donate directly to Ko-fi.
cash app: $noxsender
venmo: noxthesynners
We have until 10:45 am to raise the money needed for a week. We're in the Eastern USA timezones.
Please share this like crazy!

yet another reminder
dear pro-endo systems with CDDs
we are not traitors to having DID, we are not faking, we are not secretly endogenic
we just know that being an exclusionist is bad for the community as a whole
because anti-endos are literally being exclusionists

friendly reminder:
plural was made to include and will always include endogenic systems
if you're using plural terms don't be surprised if endogenic and pro-endo systems think you're inclusive

Note
this is maybe a silly question, but can you say what CDD stands for?
(we've been on tumblr for a while, and in plural spaces years longer, but somehow only recently started seeing that acronymn (even within reference to disordered and/or clinical plurality) . or , at least enough to notice it.
can sorta gather from context but would like to be certain)
CDD: Complex Dissociative Disorder
Basically, a general term for DID/OSDD and other disorders with dissociation as a major symptom.

Because we have been seeing a lot of "endogenic systems have nothing in common with CDD systems" posts lately:
That is that person's OPINION. It isn't fact.
The big thing we all have in common is the fact that we all experience being more than one.
Some systems are disordered because they developed that way as protection from traumatic situations. Some systems that formed from trauma don't qualify for disorder diagnosis because it isn't a struggle or impairment on their life. Diagnostic manuals literally say if it doesn't cause problems or negative disruptions in life, it isn't a disorder, even if it formed from trauma.
So remember, not all of us with CDDs see endogenic systems as a problem, threat, or stealing from us. Personally, we don't care if they use CDD terms, if it fits an experience it fits.
If an endogenic system uses 'alters' we don't care.
If an endogenic system uses 'parts' we don't care.
If an endogenic system uses 'headmates' we don't care. (we personally like this term for our system, the other two rub us the wrong way)
The thing is, we're tired of anti-endos acting like they speak for all systems with CDDs. It is more respectful to say that's how they feel, not "Endogenic systems have nothing in common with CDD systems" because to an outsider it looks like we all feel that way.
Not all of us do.

Note
anti-endos when it comes to actively seeking out and sending death threats to pro-endos despite preaching about endogenics being harmful and violent
They're honestly hypocrites.
"Endos are so violent and disrespectful and they sent me threats etc"
But it's totally okay for them to send threats and violence and hate to pro-endos with CDDs like seriously? Why trigger us because you're bitter?
I will never understand that shit at all.

We want to let people know that our system is 100% pro-endo. Not a single headmate hates endogenic systems.
We have always been supportive, even when we had a bout of pretending to be anti-endo, and that was only because a loved one had misconceptions about the endogenic community that they have moved on from.
We want all of you to know that we support you. And anti-endos do not speak for all of us, as much as they act like they are.
If they tell you "Endogenic systems have nothing in common with those who have CDDs", they're wrong. We have seen posts from the endogenic community that we relate to here.
We share the common experience of being more than one. That's it. Some of us have a disorder, and some don't. There are even traumagenic systems that are not disordered. Also, when a DID system reaches functional multiplicity to where they have little to no symptoms, what does that mean?
But yeah. We will never hate the endogenic community. What we don't like is the hate you all get from anti-endos, and even pro-endo systems like ourselves get hate for being supportive. We get excluded from CDD spaces.
We will always be supportive, regardless of what people say.
And we don't have a desire for revenge or have a vendetta with anti-endos. We can't stand the hate they spew. But when they're respectful about their beliefs that's okay. Telling people to their face they don't exist as a system is bullshit.
Anyway, we will always support all of you.

being plural means a headmate pulling you into headspace to cuddle with you and help you go to sleep because of your& insomnia
being plural means smiling and laughing at a joke one of your headmates made, or having witty banter with them as you make a meal that you'll both be able to enjoy
being plural means a headmate going "its okay, you don't have to do this, i can do it" and you thanking them because yeah, you cant do that, and thats okay
being plural means thinking about your headmates when buying new clothes, or seeing a shirt or pair of pants for sale and going "they'd love that !!"
being plural means making one of your headmate's simplyplural profile, and spending lots of time perfecting it so that it fits them to a T
being plural means knowing you aren't alone
being plural means knowing that your headmates, your friends, your family, are always there for you
being plural means love.
THIS POST IS INCLUSIVE OF SYSTEMS OF ALL ORIGINS !!! DO NOT BRING SYSCOURSE ONTO THIS POST.

hi I’ve been questioning if I’m plural lately and was just wondering if I could get some insight. I know that everybody experiences plurality different and that there is no wrong or right way to be plural, but I was wondering if what I’m experiencing really counts a plurality or not.
so basically, I go by a bunch of different names and recently I’ve been having thoughts like oh this is how this name would dress and look and it’s different form how I (want) to dress and look. I wouldn’t describe it as multiple people/headmates in my head. I would kind of describe it as a bunch of different people, except they all share 1 mind but have different bodies instead. Obviously these bodies don’t exist physically, but I know what all the bodies would be.
reading this, it doesn’t really seem that plural but idk and I was wondering if u could provide some clarification.
Thanks :)
Any experience where you feel that there's more than one person in a body, even as how you described it, means that you just might be plural, but it is different for everyone.
It is really up to you to determine what it is for you. To us that sounds like plurality, more like monoconcious plurality where you all share a consciousness that isn't separated but you can sense there are different headmates in existence.
I hope this gives you some insight into how things are working for you. Thanks for sending this in!

It's all going to be okay
I know a lot of people in the USA and across the world are nervous about the election, but don't give up. There are still many people who haven't voted, and many of them will soon.
We have a chance to move forward, and together we can. Syscourse shouldn't be the biggest thing systems are talking about right now.
Denying the existence of other people because they don't fit your idea of what a system is will not help anyone. As far as we are concerned, they (and you all know who they are) will see us all as subpar human beings.
We have to work together. Being divided over systems who formed for reasons other than trauma isn't helping anyone right now. Not when they will deny that all of us exist regardless of that.
We should all try being nicer to each other, but if someone gives you disrespect, then they open the door to being disrespected back. Don't sit around talking shit about people and expecting them to be silent/ignore you/not interact with you.
Besides, when we respond to terrible things being said, it isn't for the OP, it is for the people who might see their post. To give a different perspective outside of the hateful things that are said.
There are so many people accusing folks of spreading misinformation. The biggest piece of misinformation we see in the system community is the definition of what an endogenic system is.
Endogenic systems form for reasons OTHER than trauma. They do not lack it entirely.
But the biggest point is, endogenic systems are not the threat to the system community. People who hate anyone who doesn't fit a certain demographic hate all of us.
The hate is in the wrong direction, and it needs to stop.
Don't give up folks. Maybe one day people will understand that we are not enemies. Sure there are bad apples on both sides, but basing an entire group on the bad apples is just toxic. Get to know people, talk to them, ask questions in good faith.
We're better together not divided.

All systems are valid.
Maybe you formed from trauma, or maybe you formed for a reason other than trauma.
Some of us have disorders, while some of us do not.
Some people willed their system into existence, and some have been plural for as long as they can remember.
We're all experiencing life as more than one.
What we call our headmates/alters/parts/sysmates is up to us.
We can view ourselves as more than one person.
There are no rules on how to live as a system.

Just wanted to share some anon love to counter the anon hate we see all to often in the tags:
Even if you're struggling, even if you just can't seem to contact your fellow sysmates, even if it's been days or weeks or months since you've switched, even if the doubt has started to creep in, you and your system are real. You're real and you're valid and you're loved. Even if it's hard, just hang in there. Even if you're questioning, even if you're doubting, even if you feel alone, there are people who care about you. We care about you. You are loved.
Thank you, anon.

tbh i hate CDD centric pro-medicalization shit taking over plural spaces to the point that literally anyone dipping their toes into plurality is harassed and pressured into boxing their experiences into the dissociative disorders experience or else not be plural. like. sometimes plurality is having an OC that sometimes talks back to you or being an actor that temporarily becomes a character only when you're acting or having different versions of yourself for different moods or following a religious practice that invites other entities into your life. it's fine its literally supposed to be an umbrella term for any experience whatsoever that doesn't fit with western hegemonic ideals of consistent singular identity.
