I want people to get really crazy with their bards

Like if its based off of any kind of creative outlet then what about the chocolate guy that appears on my dash occassionally. He's a bard and he's casting spells by making realistic chocolate sculptures.

How about a cowboy bard whose art is whittling. They take out a hunk of wood during battle and just has at it.

A rogue that quotes Billie Eilish songs.

A paladin based on "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley. I'm picturing plain leather armor, humble rusty sword, the holy symbol is a small trinket more than anything. Homebrew Oath of the Arts or something along those lines. The diety could be Ihy(Egyptian) or Apollo (Roman/Greek) for a few examples, basically a diety of music.

Literally just a mouse. It offers you berries and crumbs of cheese or bread occasionally. You find them at the back of a tavern.

A horde of goblins that exclusively raids camps for armor, clothes, and jewelry so they can throw little fashion shows.

A travelling potion/elixir/etc. seller. The bottles are all nondescript and even the seller admits he sometimes can't tell then apart. That being said, you never truly know what you're getting! He assures they are all the best quality.

Tavern owner with a vow to stay sober due to some mysterious event in his past. When asked about his vow he simply says "coaches don't play".

A man sitting across the street from a tavern. He says he will trade with you if you have some information about his missing girlfriend. He's wearing a wedding ring.

A street artist that will make caricatures of your party members for some money (but they're pretty unflattering).

A fire genasi that is single-handedly responsible for the habitat destruction in the northern/arctic region of [your world].

An aasimar that is wholeheartedly convinced they're a cleric, but it turns out they're a warlock.

An armor/clothing merchant that is a wizard. They get really pissed if a customer orders a cloak/robe because 'that's stereotyping!'

Sideline characters will be in purple

Party characters will be in blue

Enemies/ BBEGs will be in red
