His name is Crimson Sky and his cutie mark is a pair of vampire fangs :3

Basically he just needs blood to survive.. and when he does drink it he's super strong essentially. He's legally bound to wear a muzzle that Queen Celestia made until they figure out a 'cure' for his cutie mark. Until then he's watched over by the Mane 6 and a few trusted guards!

He doesn't have the best attitude.. but who would when you're basically a lab rat.

(Used King Sombra for most of the inspiration, one of my best hear me outs)
