My physical therapist sent me a bunch of videos to demo the exercises he wants me to do, which is awesome & very helpful. Plus I greatly appreciate that none of the people in the videos are trying to smile or look upbeat, just serious face demos for serious face exercises!

Thank you to everyone on my timeline who was cautious & avoided dropping Black Panther: Wakanda Forever spoilers. I finally got to see that beautiful movie today, and enjoyed it without any spoilers rattling around in my brain. Time to listen to the soundtrack a few dozen times!

November continues to be book month! I got a lovely package of Keith Ammann books, including the new How To Defend Your Lair!

I'm excited to spend some quality time curled up in comfy blankets, reading interviews, archivists, & TTRPG tactics!
