*At first when his father told him he was looking for suitable people for Touya to, as he put it, produce a ‘heir’ he rolled his eyes.

*He didn’t think he’d actually find anyone, and he didn’t think anyone he did find would agree

*But when he told him he found someone, he was a little surprised, but immediately got angry at him

*When Enji was telling him that he needed a good partner for a good heir he was annoyed, but after he got set up and knew he’d have to actually marry someone instead of just talking about it, he was angry

*When he met Rain it took a little while to warm up to her, because all he thought was what his dad said

*Before they met, Enji probably said stuff like “make sure she knows who’s in charge” or worse “break her like a horse”

*His dad would set up a meeting so they could talk about plans for the wedding (bro they just met, STFU 😭🤬).

*Once Enji left, Touya and Rain would just stair at each other lol

*Though after a while of scheduled dinners and meeting each other’s families, they found out that they actually had a lot in common!

*I don’t feel like it was love at first sight though, but while they were engaged and doing dinners and stuff, they also met outside of that and just hung out

*So the kiss and vows were kind of cringe and forced, but from then on they just grew closer

*Also I feel like before bastard Enji set them up, they most likely crossed paths before in the work place or on missions, but they never really interacted

*IDK much about Rains past, but I feel like she felt a more sense of duty, whereas Touya just went along with it bc Enji made him

*They waited as long as they could before doing anything, even while Enji was pestering them to give him a grandkid.

*But he hit the last straw and Touya cut contact from him, deciding to be a way better father to his child and wife

*Im just imagining him proposing to Rain, saying he’d want to marry her for real this time, like… 😫😭

Okay so I’ve been trying to make some tarot cards. I had three done, but the other two were so gods awful…

But here’s my favorite and the first I made!!

It’s for Iris. The rainbow in the corner is obviously because she’s the Goddess of rainbows. The pink feather is because she has wings and is affiliated with the color pink. The ink dripping off the feather is because she’s a messenger for the Gods and yknow, feather-quills and stuff. The river at the bottom is supposed to be River Styx, because she collects water from it for the Gods

I haven’t seen HoW in a while (and still haven’t finished it) so im sorry if it’s ooc for him! I normally write Kya as a teen and age down the other character I’m shipping her with, but I’m starting to not do that as much. In this, they’re both about 19-20

Lester

*He’s a lil trash roadkill guy and he knows it

*He also knows he smells, he just can’t smell it since he’s gotten used to it

*He doesn’t pick up roadkill for like a week leading up to the date bc he doesn’t want to stink

*He remains clean all week (he’s still taking showers but I mean besides that)

*Until a few hours before the date

*Jonesy wanted to play, and who is he to say no?

*So he’s all muddy and freaking out

*He takes a shower

*I just ~know~ he uses the 3-in-one stuff (and I feel he’d have a loofah but just… wouldn’t use it for some reason, idk)

*Thats the longest shower he’s taken in what feels like forever (and very much may be) bc he doesn’t really care about hygiene

*After that he gets dressed

*He wears a plaid/checkered button up shirt, his jacket, hat, jeans and some boots

*He threw his clothes all in the washing machine a few days ago and cleaned his boots so he wouldn’t look like a total slob

*He’d also put on some cologne like on his neck and shoulder blades, and probably put a tin of mints in his jacket pocket

*He goes to the side of the road and looks for Kya’s truck bc she didn’t want him to come pick her up

*As soon as he saw her, he’d wave his arm up to get her attention while smiling his big, silly smile

Kya

*She was the one to ask him and he was the one to plan it

*She’s had it up on her calendar since the day they decided on it

*Shes never been on a date before, so she’s really nervous

*She made sure someone could watch her kids while she was out

*She knows Lester isn’t one for a romantic restaurant or anything, plus she knows where the date is, so she doesn’t get too fancy

*She takes a shower, puts her hair up in a ponytail, and gets dressed while listening to some old, cheesy ahh love songs

*Like Cheek to Cheek and Put Your Head on my Shoulder

*Shed wear some jeans, a comfy short-sleeve shirt, tall socks and combat boots

*Shed also curse and swear while getting ready just a liiitle bc she hates wearing jeans after a shower

*Shed make sure not to drink any bleach, even if it’s the only thing she can find

*While yes it does make her breath smell great, but what if certain events happen and they’re making out and he like dies or something because of the bleach??

*Some of her kids followed her to the door asking where she was going and she bent down, kissed and ruffled their hair, and told them she was going on a date

*They all ran off pretending to gag and throw up, lol

Date

Kya- “Hey, Lest!” She said, parking and jumping down, shutting the door. She walks up and hugs him, his squeezing back.

Lester- “Hey, sweet pea. How’re ya doin?” He asks, letting her go. She sighs and shrugs.

Kya- “I’m good. School’s starting back up soon so I’ll have more free time. What about you?”

Lester- “Well with school time an’ all not a lotta tourists, so works been kinda slow here. Just been goin’, runnin’ errands for Bo and Vincent.” He rubs the back of his head. “Kinda boring.”

Then he brings his arm down and his goofy smile returns ten-fold.

Lester- “Ready for the best date ev’r?”

Kya- “Hell yea, let’s go!” She grabs his hand and they walk through the woods, dodging branches. Midway through the walk, Jonesy runs up and starts jumping on Kya, barking and tail wagging.

Kya- “Aww, hey baby! What’cha doin’ girl?” She asks in a baby voice, rubbing her head and kneeling down.

Jonesy then goes with them, snaking between their legs, until they get to the spot where Lester found a while ago when he was out looking for dead animals going on a walk .

Kya- “It’s beautiful…” she whispers.

There were three or four moss-covered tree stumps and trees all around. One tree in particular was a willow, and its vines (?) were blowing softly in the warm Southern air. Under the tree and all around was the most noticeable part- the flowers.

They littered the ground with their color. There was blue, pink, purple, heck, even orange.

Lester guided Kya over and they both sat on a stump. He planted a kiss on her forehead and she chuckled, blushing and tucking a stray hair behind her pointed ear.

Kya- “It’s beautiful Lest, thank you for bringing me here.” She squeezed his knee and kissed his cheek.

Lester- “No problem, sweetheart. You an’ Jonesy are the most important girls in my life.” Kya blushes again, her heart swelling.

They spend the time making flower crowns and talking about what they’ve been up to; the books they read, the roadkill they’ve cooked, the summer plans they had, the people they’ve killed, etc etc.

Once the sun was noticeably lower in the sky, orange in color, casting a low glow on them, Lester got up, making Jonesy spring up from her spot on her own stump.

Lester- “I think it’s time to go, huh?” He asked, looking down at her.

Kya- “Yeah, I feel my legs falling asleep almost. Let’s go, Lest,” she said and grabs his hand interlocking their fingers.

They walk back up to the house and truck, re-adjusting their flower crowns every so often.

Kya- “Well, I’ll see you later,” she said and kissed his nose. “I love you.”

This is gonna sound so fricken weird if you haven’t seen the meme, but here I go… I’m using all my energy to not make this pair OC’s.

One would be a blind, closeted gay boy who likes thrill seeking and climbs Mt. Everest. The other would be his friend who knows he’s closeted, but forgets sometimes. She’s also a news lady and while talking to the camera she’s like “…who climbed Mount Everest, but he’s gay- sorry, he’s blind,” and everyone laughs because they thought she was being a lil silly.

But then behind closed doors she comforts him bc his family is homophobic and he’s scared they’ll find out.

I need to focus on my actual projects and quit making more 😭😭😭

“So what do you need help with again?” He asked, crossing his legs while you walk over and sit on his bed too.

“Uhh, I don’t know, how about the lipstick a little bit darker…” you thought, studying his face which mirrored your own.

The lipstick grew darker and his expression became more pouty.

“This wasn’t really what I had in mind.”

“And what would that be?”

“I thought you’d do that thing online. Yknow, where the girlfriend puts lipstick on and kisses her boyfriend’s lips.”

“Oh, I see, I see… so you want some kisses? You could just ask, Cami~”

He blushes as you crept over to him, cupping his face.

“Could you, uh, un-shift? It’ll be weird if I kiss you while you have my face on.”

“Oh, uh, yea sure.”

He shifted back and you immediately started kissing his cheeks, lips and forehead. By the end of it he was a smiling, giddy mess.

“Hey, where you going?” He asked as you got up.

“I’m going out, remember?”

“Oh yea…”

“But don’t worry Cami, next time I’ll bring some lipstick so everyone can see how much of a simp you are,” you said and ruffled his curls.

Stuff about my Strawberry Shortcake animal OC’s!

Hazel comes from a smaller family when you compare it to actual rabbits, but it’s huge if you compare it to your self or something. She has like 5-10 siblings. She comes from a place called Meadow Grove, there she would help out with her aunt’s and uncle’s businesses, trying to find what was right for her. She decided to get a fresh start in Strawberry Land/Berry Bitty City. She’s 15

Bandy is a little redneck (same) and from Soda Springs. She decided to leave to try to find a better place, and found it here. After she moved, she got her hair cut into a bob because at first it was a wild, tangly mess. She still calls her mom all the time to check in on her and her little sister. She’s 14-15

Colly’s from Veggie Plains which is next to Meadow Grove, but her and Hazel haven’t met before now (and now they’re besties). She’s a botanist and grows different plants, veggies, (and sweets too in Strawberry Land). She’s also watching her younger cousin Brock Lee. She’s around 13-14

Brock is from Rocky Top’s mountain range and he’s a mountain goat. He’s very unhappy about the move and he can also be very annoying. He misses his friends and doesn’t know when he’ll get to move back, but eventually warms up to his new environment. Around 8

Maybel is from Dark Haunt Forest, but she and her daughter moved to find a better place for them and her wife who wasn’t accepted where they were. She’s a very sweet lady, but maybe a little scary at first glance. She has a fortune telling and potion business. Late twenties

Skylar’s your average moody, emo teenager (same again) and misses her old home, but knows they left for a good cause because she loves both of her moms. She’s a little hesitant to make friends here, but eventually she does.

I made some OC’s for 2009/2010 Strawberry Shortcake, but they’re not like the girls, they’re humanoid animals like Jadybug and the others.

Hazel the rabbit, Bandy the raccoon, Cally Flower and her lil brother Brock Lee who are both goats. I’m gonna do one with colors later. I’m also thinking of changing Hazel and Bandy’s names to Patchy/Patchwork and Banjo, but idk yet, vote??

Small rant-> I hate it when people make fun of others for their special interests, especially if they’re not hurting anyone. The 07 and 09 shows were my childhood and I’d watch the DVD’s all the time and now I know every word and every song on them. But back before I moved a few years ago I lived in a pretty small town. After Christmas break me and my friend who I’ll call M were in an elective class and we were watching a movie because we always did around holidays. We were talking about what we got and how we celebrated, and I was talking about how I got some new DVD’s and how me and my mom were excited, and the teacher was being nosy and called me childish, even though I WAS A FREAKING CHILD!!! I WAS LIKE 13!!! Not a grown ahh lady picking fights with her students 😭😭

Mother’s Day Celebration!!

I know I’m like a day late, but I just wanted to say that I hope everyone had a good Mother’s Day/Sunday!!

And just an fyi to anyone who’s reading this, even if you adopt you’re still a mom, and I shouldn’t even have to say that but some people are kinda dumb I guess <3

Here’s a short little thing about how my different OC’s do for Mother’s Day!

Kya:

*Kya already wakes up early anyways bc she’s busy and likes to get things ready before her kids wake up and everything gets chaotic, so she just takes a small nap after everyone’s asleep and then gets to work baking

*She bakes a cake for all of her friends who are moms, which is quite a few

*She also makes them a small card and lets her kids decorate the cake box she puts them in

*Then she’ll go to their houses, kindly sneak through their window which they’ve learned to keep conveniently unlocked, and place their gifts on the counter

*Being a mother is the best thing that has ever happened to her and she cherishes every moment with her children

Aubrey:

*She makes her and her wife (Melissa) a spa day while their daughter (I haven’t named her yet, lol) is being babysat.

*They spend the morning lounging around in their pajamas, doing each other’s nails, massaging each other’s scalps

*Face masks, cheesy old girly movies like 16 Candles playing, both of Kya’s cakes getting eaten

*Absolute heaven

*After they pick up their daughter, they all go out to eat somewhere, then they both give their little girl some princess treatment too

*Its all giggles and smiles in this house

Melissa:

*The Friday before class, she got a few cards and gifts from her students, stuff like lotions and perfumes and gift cards

*She tried her best not to break down and cry, and was able to hold her composure until the final bell rang and her students left

*It was hard going through her transition, then trying to become a teacher, and then her and Aubs going through the adoption process, but they’re still together, stronger than ever

*Shes so thankful for her wife and child, and being a mother is the greatest joy ever

David Amy

*Even though she doesn’t really have a gender, she still uses she (and they) pronouns

*Her husband Conner almost forgot about it until he saw ads pop up about it

*She was a little annoyed, but she doesn’t start drama bc she’s slay like that

*I feel like they’d go see some kiddy movie with their son Casper, go to the park, eat lunch at McDonald’s or something, get him a babysitter, then they’d go back to the movies for their date

*Or better yet, a drive-in theater so she could show Conner how well she’d fixed up the motorcycle

*They’d end the day with a little bit of stargazing as Casper fell asleep on the blanket they had sprawled out.
