Imagine you come home and tell your kids you're too tired to cook/train with them/or smth else and they react like this.

Also mercury and Dallas just follow Shaun bc they look up to him bc he acts like an older sibling (by acts I mean he and Mercury are twins so he's not technically older than her but bc of the death of their parents Shaun was forced into a kinda parental role for a few years(and he's only a year older than Dallas so yeah 👍))

Also Shaun doesn't call Xavier dad bc he'd feel guilty if he did (I would explain but this post is already a bit long and IDK if anyone interested in it anyways so yeah 👍)
