Had to share this... Just.... 🤣🤣🤣

Had a stupid dream?? I was making basil pesto in ramshackle and i was super excited about it cause with the power of magic, because for some reason my brain couldn't fathom reasonably obtaining that much basil without magic being involved, i actually had enough basil to cook like a full pot of basil pesto (cause basil shrinks SO much when you cook with it, it's so ridiculous). I was gonna eat so much pasta with fresh pesto. And then Malleus showed up?? And i was kinda like "oh okay makes sense. This IS ramshackle, so i guess I'm yuu???" Like i wasn't sure if was actually yuu Because in the dream i didn't really have a role or goal beyond cooking basil pesto and spaghetti so again i wasn't even sure if i was yuu. Like i just so happened to be in ramshackle while doing this. Just some guy, not even like the dream thing where you kinda just know what your job/role is in the dream, i was just in there cooking pesto and pasta and a vague notion that magic was the reason i had enough basil to make a full pot of pesto. Anyways Malleus shows up and he kinda just starts eating my pasta and pesto???? Like he popped up and started setting the table and i kinda go with the flow cause why not and then next thing i know we're both eating pesto and pasta but like he's eating A LOT of pesto. Like he's ladling it out like it's a side for the pasta and not a sauce and I'm kinda flabbergasted cause ayo bro, my fucking pesto????? Like yeah i made a full pot of it but still???? Like Malleus is serving it like it's green beans or boiled greens and I'm starting to get the impression he doesn't know what pesto is cause again, he's NOT putting it ON his pasta, he's putting it on the side and eating it straight up as is. And I'm mostly confused???? But like who am i to judge, maybe he's just hungry and i mean, it's not like he's wasting it cause he IS eating it but still i was getting kinda annoyed! cause man i just made that and i was hoping to use it for the next few days and yeah magic could solve my basil needs but still i just made it bro. I say kinda annoyed cause i was mostly confused as to why this guy was majestically eating entire spoonfuls of basil pesto like it was coleslaw and not a sauce. He didn't mix the two either, he was eating unseasoned pasta separately from the mound of basil pesto he served himself. That's why i was mostly confused rather than actually annoyed cause why????? Anyways After eating my entire pot of basil pesto, he leaves and I'm left with dishes and no pesto and several questions.

Long story short, Malleus just showed up in my dream and ate all of my freshly made basil pesto and didn't wash his dishes.

I don't even know what to tag this with cause it's not even a fic or a headcanon but i do feel like talking about it. Like dream Malleus showed up and ate my pesto. Why?? And why did he eat it like that?? I get it's a dream but still. Also the One Time i have a dream about twisted wonderland and it's Malleus eating all my freshly made sauce then immediately leaving is kinda sending me. Maybe i went to bed hungry or something idk but i do think it's goofy. I could understand if it was Ruggie or even Sebek cause they're big eaters but it was Malleus who turned up to eat all my pesto and he ate it weird so again, mostly confused.

The Japanese covers honestly look really cool though. I think the Twisted Tales books are worth reading. Beauty and the Beast "As Old as Time" is my favorite one though. I have read Once Upon a Dream, and it's probably my second favorite of the series. My least favorite is the Cinderella one, "So This is Love". Without giving any spoilers, I just don't really like how the villain is handled in it. Among other things..... I'm just not as interested in it as I am with the Twisted books written by Elizabeth Braswell. Once in a while, like with the character of Belle in the As Old as Time Book, I personally don't always feel like Belle would say certain things in a certain way, but otherwise I really like the way Liz writes. And she captures the world of wonderland "woderfully" in "Unbirthday", What if Wonderland was in Peril, and Alice was very very late.... Yeah I like these books a lot. I plan to read more of them when I can.

I honestly didn't think much of Malleus's character in the beginning. But he's grown on me. I can see the appeal for this character. I did have one drawing that I drew of him.... I want to digitally colour it.... I'm jist not sure when I'll be able to do that. Maybe on a weekend where I don't have as much school work to worry about.
