Nothing fancy today, just wanted to try and break through art block and get some more practice in with my ink dip pen. The linework was done on paper and then I colored it digitally.

Happy Pride Month everybody!!! At the request of @fruityunicornbadger and @superdemon552 I made some wallpapers of the individual Aromantic and Asexual flags! I tried to make each version at least a lil different, hope you guys like them.

Never Again

I wrote another poem, but this time it isn't about Mythology. I actually wanted to write a more personal poem about my struggles with depressive episodes and passive suicide ideation. For anyone facing similar issues, I sincerely hope you find hope again.

TW: implied suicidal thoughts

If I never cry again Or shatter deep inside again Would you say it's worth the trade Or that it would be worth my while If once the final choice is made My lips will never form a smile?

If I never hurt again Or ache for some self worth again But never got to feel relief Or bask in peace within my mind Although my time in pain was brief Would that be all I left behind?

If I never break again Or make some damn mistake again And in exchange I don't know joy Or feel sunlight warm my skin If freedom would these things destroy Could this be thought of as a win?

If I never laugh again (But lose all of my bitter tears) Don't feel a warm embrace again (Can't drown within my own self hate) Or earn a sense of pride again (And lost the weight of all my fears) I want these things to come again (But can I trust the grace of fate?)

If I never live again

Or fill my lungs with breath again

I know the pain would finally cease

My sorrows long forgotten then

I want so badly to be free, to lose my shattered soul's lament

But I would never feel at peace

If I could never feel again.

Literally just posted a couple days ago not to expect art from me because I have art block and my brain immediatly just went "Oh, you wanted inspiration? Why didn't you just say so!"

Just so you guys know, if it seems like I haven't made any illustrations in a few weeks, it's due to a fatal combination of art block and my Fantasy Life obsession. I loved the original game and I've spent every waking moment playing the sequel since it came out on Wednesday. I'm gonna try and brainstorm some art ideas but uh it might be a minute 😅

I decided to make a sketch of Knockout because I was bored and OH BOY do I have a new found respect for artists who regularly make Transformers fanart. So many tiny details 😭 infinite kudos to the artists who actually draw them all instead of scribbling the arms in like me lmao

Decided to make a couple AroAce wallpapers. Pixel Art isn't really my strong suit, so I decided to keep it simple.

If anybody wants me to make just Asexual or Aromantic versions of these feel free to lmk and I'll be sure to tag you if I do it! Whether I do or not will depend on if there's any interest.

Do you like driving?

Not really, lol. I can do it, but I don't enjoy it. I'm a super anxious person so whenever I'm on the road I feel like I'm constantly panicking. I still have yet to even attempt the highway 😅

(It also doesn't help that I have no sense of direction and would totally get lost just driving around the block)

Hey everyone! Since it's been a year since I made the last one I figured it was about time I update my introductory post. For those who don't know me, I'm Oocoo! I like to make art of whatever has me inspired at the time. All of my art knowledge has been gained through watching Youtube videos and flipping through the Hyrule Historia.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my small account and silly doodles :) In my time on Tumblr I've recieved so many kind comments and support. One More Step

I made yet another mythology poem, peeps! I've been listening to a lot of Hadestown so Orpheus and Eurydice have been on the brain lately. I hope you enjoy, this one is called "One More Step" 😁

Tap, tap, tap, tap- Sounds against the floor. One set of foot-steps out of Hade's grasp, Going back to where you were before. One chance awaits you to save your heart, one life you begged to restore. Tap, tap, tap, tap- Down the path once more.

Thud, thud, thud, thud- Quickly, through the field. One set of steps as you tread around the mud, Hoping that a second is revealed. Weaving past the spirits not unlike the one you love, praying she is truly by your heel. Thud, thud, thud, thud- How much of this is real?

Click, click, click, click- This is all you hear. One set of feet tread by the River Styx, One person walking down the pier. By the River of dreams that've all but drowned, by the exit you're drawing near. Click, click, click, click- Echoes by your ear.

Step, step, step, step- The exit is in sight. One set of foot-steps almost home again, Leaving you to wonder, is this right? You came all this way without hearing your love, and the doubt in your heart turns to fright. Step, step, step- stop.

One set of foot-steps, one lonely soul, Following her husband all the way. One lover sorrow-filled makes it out alone- The other one still wanders to this day.

I'm having waaay too much fun reading the reactions of those who get the Twilight Princess reference in this drawing, heheh. Sorry (not sorry) to anyone who wasn't expecting to have to contemplate the tragedy of a Hero's fate and the fragility of childhood innocence today 🙂

Since I'm currently playing Spirit Tracks, I felt inspired to redraw a drawing of mine from back in 2022! The original was meant to be a sort of mash-up design between Zelda and Malladus. It's crazy that 3 years ago I wasn't even using colored pencils yet lol.
