Double Agent (very late) Secret Santa gift for @ncalabby

I wanted to pay Cabbage back for the amazing gift he made for me (I was not always her gifter, but I stepped up after the other person dropped out, it just happened to work out that way), and also give him something to show my appreciation for how much work she puts into his own stuff, and all the art she's given to the TF2 fandom!

Despite it taking me forever to make, I had a lot of fun making this, and i'm really happy with how it turned out!

The car in the piece is a 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible [6267F] from the Modern Talking song, Geronimo's Cadillac, from 1986

(which I got the idea from Cabbage, because he once made a post associating the song with the ship, Double Agent)

Manga Alexsandr Kallus Collage

I wanted to make a collage of my favorite Star Wars character, Alexsandr Kallus. This is legit every appearance of him from that very short Rebels "webcomic"/manga. Has anyone actually read that manga, even tho its primarily a condensed down retelling of the first season? I learned about it when I found a volume at a big fandom merch flea market/resale place, and it's honestly got a really nice art style! I just love how he is drawn in this manga, and sometimes given such goofy expressions.

I'm extremely proud of this piece! 💖✨ I added a few Jurassic Park references, and based the Utahraptor's colors on Medic and his doves. I was presented 3 options, 2 of which were Medic or a Utahraptor. I love TF2 and Dinos, so rather than do just 1, I just had to combine the 2!

Of course this megalomaniac, self proclaimed god, would revive a dinosaur, Jurassic Park style, and ride it into battle, and you cannot convince me otherwise! 😂

This was my first time using SFM back in early 2024

I was playing around with the program to get a feel for it, while also trying to make a reference I needed for another piece. I ultimately didn't make a ref I could use, but settled on turning what I had into a cute SFM poster. Just some wholesome Sniper x Spy embracing in the woods in peace. Days 1 and 6 (Heterochromia and Neko)

Days 3 and 14 + sorta 21 (Unnecessarily complex fit and Candy gore + sorta 100% Saturation)

Days 2 and 10 (Self insert and Fursona)

Day 1 is of Spy sorta magical girl transforming, but is he BLU Spy turning into RED Spy, or RED Spy turning into BLU Spy? Day 6 is just Neko Sniper, and he is loosely inspired by Havana Brown and Abyssinian cats (brown cats). Day 3 is inspired by Quazies's BLU soldier from the Pootis series, and he is wearing every single hat I could see in his messy room. Day 14 + sorta 21 is just an intimidating Pyro splattered in blo- ahem! Uh, colorful paint. Day 2 is of my TF2 oc Trapper, tho I wasn't a 100% satisfied with the outcome here, but I did rush all these works to attempt to keep up with the daily prompts at the time. Trapper just looks off model unfortunately, especially their face to me (tho, I really need to get around to making a proper Trapper character sheet). Also, RED Trapper really shouldn't pose for a pic in front of the BLU Teufort base. Day 10 is of my very simple fursona, Bunny (I know I've stated this before, but yeah, I know, not a creative name, but he is based on a childhood green rabbit plush I named Bunny).

I love drawing Sniper so much, and this might be my best and favorite Sniper piece I've made so far! Lots of textures and detail, which people will finally be able to see better here on Tumblr, unlike on Instagram (a problem that plagued all my textured works). Two Mercs Dancing: Encore (2023) The piece above was a redraw of the piece below, which was my first CSP art piece (2 year gap between the two), back when I hardly knew how to use CSP, and my art style was much rougher. I've come a long way, and I'm so proud of myself! It's currently my best and favorite Sniper x Spy work I've made so far! 💙❤️

I love cross-faction TF2 ships, especially RED Sniper x BLU Spy. Two mercs hired to kill each other, but catch feelings for their enemy, then subsequently having to keep their love a secret. I love them either overcoming or succumbing to the challenges of loving their enemy, leading to either one or both of them being put in danger, or them fighting and/or running away to stay together, etc... These two have such an engaging and varied dynamic in my opinion. So much fanfic and fanart brings unique perspectives and ideas to the ship! Enemies to lovers is my absolute fav, and this is definitely one of my favorite ships!

Spy's look here is inspired by other's interpretations of his unmasked look, with my own addition. I love the idea of him having a tattoo or a few he keeps well hidden, and lots of scars, just like Sniper (and while Sniper doesn't have any here, I adore tatted Sniper as well!) These were helpful in me starting to alter my style a bit, and get comfortable using new techniques and tools on CSP, much like the comic redraws that came before. there are a few things I would change in them now after a year, but i'm also still proud of them in the end. DBZ and TF2 Crossover

I love DBZ and TF2 so much! These duos share several things in common, so I wanted them to converse together a lil', maybe they'd be friends, and antagonize the others. Sniper and Jeice are both Aussies (well, I mean, Jeice in the English dub has an Australian accent for some reason, and is from Space Australia in DBZA) and they both share a red/warm color scheme. Spy and Salza are both French (like Jeice, Salza has a French accent for some reason in the English dub, and is from Space France in DBZA) and the both share a blue/cool color scheme. (yes, I drew Jeice and Salza here, they are not cut out from any scenes of DBZ, I also overlaid a film grain texture over them and the Namek background to capture that old anime look, VS. the smoother rendered look of the Sniper and Spy, who are from a game) Reblogs and feedback is greatly appreciated! My collection is still growing, with the RED and BLU dad hats on their way, and im always on the hunt for other neat stuff to add when I can afford it.

Sorry I keep disappearing for so long 😭

Catching up my Tumblr is not enjoyable for me, so I keep putting it off. Plus, life has been all over the place in good and bad ways, more bad as of recent. But I'm back again, and I genuinely want to get this account caught up finally! Shaking it up a bit by combining a bunch of older works together (which helps me get caught up faster)! Medic kissing Pyro's booboo

Medic is totally the mom of the team, but does that make him weak? Absolutely not! This man will still gut you on the battlefield, and use your organs for science experiments. He'll still kiss the homies (mostly Pyro's) boo boos all better though. /hj
