Losing a passion

I legit think I'm starting to lose passion for drawing. Drawing's been a big part of my life for years. And I always looked forward to drawing after school or work. It was always fun and relaxing Nowadays it just feels like I'm drawing for numbers and attention. Just hollow, unfulfilling, stressful and not fun. And I'm actually dreading when I have to sit down and draw. Because even if I put in so much work in a piece it doesn't matter. Feels like I've lost the point of what drawing should be. And I honestly don't know how to fix that. If I keep feeling this way. I might actually quit and I don't want that to happen So please. If anyone has any advice how to fix this I'm all ears.

Grim x Velma Watched Grim Adventures recently and I'm surprised that there isn't ANY ship art between Grim and Velma. And no, holding his head from that scene doesn't count. Commissions are open again. As some of you know I've recently moved out of my parent's house. It's been a bit stressful honestly. But things are settling down now so I should be able to get back to drawing. That being said, I need some help. I underestimated how much this whole thing would cost. I'm able to cover the rent and deposit fine, but everything else afterwards is a different story. Food, kitchen ware, electronics, furniture, electricity, wifi and various other things are costing more than I planned. I was never good with money, lol So I'm opening commissions again. But there's a few things I want to note. - I want to focus on my own projects while doing commissions. I'd like to release a Star Gazers piece or commission each week. I'm a slow artist so keep that in mind if you order from me. - I'm willing to draw pin up and nsfw art. BUT, I have a right to deny the request if it makes me uncomfortable, the characters must be of legal age, the drawings will remain private and not posted publicly, and they'll cost 10-20 dollars extra given the nature of them. - All payments must be made through Paypal. No other way. Also a commission will not start until I receive payment. All other rules for my commissions apply as usual. DM me if you're interested. Thank you for your help. Name: Elizabeth Mepheila Gender: Female Age: 23 Species: Militees Occupation: Huntress Interests: Exploring, reading tomes and eating meat

Life on Ebon isn't easy. You either grow strong to survive, or perish with the weak. Elizabeth knows this too well. As a huntress it's her duty to explore the terrain of her icy home to bring back food for her village so they can survive another day. 

Her duty to the village is clear.

But yet she can't help but want more out of her life. When she has an opportunity she would sneak out to explore ruins and read ancient tomes. Is this all there is to her life, to her home. Why is she craving for more? What could there possibly be? Her priest mother and chief father don't share the same views as her. They're quite contempt with life in their village.

Will someone ever truly understand her?

Star Gazers - Petrus Character Sheet

Name: J-9806 (aka Petrus) Gender: Male Age: 22 Species: Scientias Occupation: Data Analyst Interests: NONE

On his home planet Luim he was given the position as a data analyst from birth. Day in and day out he has to evaluate and collect all data and present his reports to his superiors. Scientias are a species focused on logic and being productive. So there's no time or need for interests or emotions. But yet........ J-9806 can't help but long for a better tomorrow. Does something like that truly exist?

Both of his hands have these devices implanted in him. They both can scan objects for data collection or can project holograms. They can also help with translating various languages. Only the one on the right hand can store a weapon for when self defense is needed.

Star Gazers is the origin story of how Petrus and Elizabeth met. I hope you're as excited about this as I am!

"Is this a reboot?"

A slight reboot yes. The other drawings of them together takes place some time in the future. Star Gazers is their true origin story and how it all started.

"What about Lamia's Heart?"

That project is cancelled due to poor planning on my part. I wasn't happy with how I wrote the story at the time so I overhauled it to something new and easy to follow

"Will this be a comic?"

Yes and no. The story will be told through various drawings. Some will be comics, others will be portraits like this. Depends on what the scene or story part is.
