T R E A T 🍭 Decided to treat myself to something a little more expensive than my usual razors. Not only does it look lovely & arrived beautifully, but because of their claim of a more comfortable shave. And I haven't been disappointed! Another big plus, their morals - recycling their razors, against animal testing & a vegan brand. CONSISTANCY 🗝 Without sounding cliché, but consistency really is the key! No fad diets or extreme workouts, as over time they're hard to stick to. Instead, try small changes, that will become habits. Eat a healthy, balanced diet & don't deprive yourself, instead just be sensible with portions & track your food if it helps. Finally find exercise that you love & be realistic (but not lazy) with its frequency. G O A L S 💥 When I first started weight training (4 yrs ago!) one of my biggest goals were abs! However I've seen more progress in the last 6 months than I have in several years! • Start of the year saw a new workout regime. Instead of having ab days, I've been doing a couple of abs at the start & end of each workout, as well as more compound movements. Hitting my abs so frequently has made such a big difference. • However it's not just about the exercise, I've been eating a good clean balanced diet, drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep & being CONSISTENT!
