I was not going to do this but we are legit struggling right now. My husband's job cut his pay because he had to step down from a manager job due to him being the only one there to do it (there should have been at least two people doing his job, if not three!) and developing severe anxiety because of the stress. Now we will be losing a couple of hundred dollars every paycheck and we legit cannot afford this.

I am working on getting a job myself, but the one I found that I could possibly do does free training that is unpaid for a few weeks. Plus I am on disability so they do not give me much for that as it is and they only allow me to make so much money before they take it all away. :(

So please can y'all donate, reblog, and share this for me? I would really appreciate it! <3 I need to buy my kiddo some clothes for the fall and anything you send would be helpful. We have already had to cancel a bunch of fun shit we used to have (disney plus, hulu, our son's ABC mouse program, youtube premium for our son, gaming stuff, pretty much all our fun shit.). So I won't be buying sims for a while either. :(

If every follower donated $1 I would have more than enough to buy him clothes and a new coat+shoes for winter from the resale shop that is 2 hours away from me.

And yes this is why I have been MIA and so depressed.

so i’m back-ish (how are you all?) and working on some clothes stuff for ts2 and have run into... the oddest issue that i’m not sure how to fix.  basically, the in-game lighting is being applied to the mesh backwards.  parts that should be light up are in shadow, parts that should be in shadow are BRIGHTLY lit.  i’m not sure if it’s maybe the normal map causing it or an issue with the mesh that i caused while i was putting morphs on it.  if anyone’s had this issue before i’d love to know how you solved it, if you remember!

hi tumblr, i’m out of top surgery and feeling good.  i got into the elevator lobby of our apartment building last night and like.  did the big vulnerable happy cry.  my  body feels right.  i feel so right.  it’s so good.

also as a side note i am totally going straight back into my hiatus hole again because i’m literally six days away from top surgery (!!!!!!!) and probably am not going to feel up to much of anything while i’m healing lmao

it looks like one of the more recent nvidia driver updates may?? have fixed or at least alleviated some of the pink flashing!! it used to be that even off of UC and with 4gb patch/graphics card added in etc, if I were to, say, load up a premade like the Smiths everything would be flashy pink.  just loaded them up aaaand... they are fine.  fingies crossed, i’d like to poke around with some of the premades again
