I'm not a writer just a lost soul.

A ghost in this world trying to be whole.

A vessel with a mind of it's own.

A child thought it should suddenly grow.

I'm not a profession it dies not define me.

I am a woman in a rain that dances slow.

And when life brings you down and gives a final throw.

You'll never see me frown, I'll get up from being low.

I am not a writer just a hopeless soul.

A ghost in this world ready to finally glow.

I'm so scared. I was told and I know

I won't make it if I don't finish college.

I'll be seen slow and my income won't grow.

My lack of knowledge I acknowledge.

Now I'm stuck six years in slowly becoming a has been.

Stuck in endless loop of misery.

What happened is a mystery.

Save me, Time is running out.

This end is in doubt. I wish I took a different route.

Mind is in denial. I've used up my free trial.

There is no repeating,

so close, yet so far away from completing.

Feeling like I'm at a crossway.

Scared of failure in the future,

Wondering if I'll prove her.

By her, to myself I refer.

If it hadn't occur, to a fellow reader.

I wasn't born to be a leader.

Guess I should go study, anyhow,

So goodbye for now. While I take my silent bow.

I'm alone in the world full of souls.

Craving peace where crowd goes.

If life was a dream, mine feels like a nightmare.

Asking for help I get more mad and frightened.

They're frustrated, They don't explain.

Judging every step of the way I take.

Realising the frustration on the first thing that they see.

Oh I wish I was invisible so that thing wouldn't be me.

Just want to be happy, or at least fell asleep.

Never wake up, it truly ain't that deep.

They offer a finger and take a hand.

If helps to offer, the anger I don't understand.

Rather let me figure it all by myself instead.

Than for you to pick and poke at my incapable head.

Sometimes I have long, convoluted multi-act daydreams that I mull over for weeks at a time, and the only thing that stops me from calling them 'writing projects' is uncharacteristic realism about whether I will ever write them down

When I write the poems are full of sorrow.

Unfulfilled goals, dreams we borrow.

When you describe it it's a horror.

But mostly I write in my native language,

Not nearly smart, I didn't go to Cambridge.

My grammar all over the place,

Yet the paper is full of space.

Just waits for a message, something to learn.

Yet most things I have accomplished I didn't earn.

Passing my time, college on delay.

Mind is everywhere but in reality, what can I say.

And still when burden catches up,

And brain pleads for overthinking to stop.

I grab my paper and pen with ink.

Slowly writing what my mind does think.

Somethings are good, somethings get thrown.

And somethings get anonymously shown.
