This blog is defunct!

I don’t have any plans or desire to continue this blog, but I will leave it up so you all can still view the headcanons that I did answer and write up.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment. I’m happy that you all have stuck to following this blog this whole time.

I’m happy to have made your days and to have entertained you all with my silly headcanons about various Pokemon characters, regardless if I liked those characters or not! I’m just happy to have made you guys happy!

I'm happy you still want content from here and that many others still enjoy what headcanons i have posted here, but I'm sorry to say this blog is defunct.

to make it up to you tho:

Petrel is definitely the type of man to be a huge helpful sweetie to those he really cares about, even despite his mischievous nature what with him being the executive that oversees infiltration and disguises. Blending into crowds and all.

He'd do all he can to aid his partner if they are near sighted.

heck. I don't think Petrel would have perfect vision either, due to various reasons that may or may not be involved with his Koffing/Weezing... or the common headcanon that he is a smoker (although that is not canon at all and is only present due to his Koffing and Weezing).

Personally.. I do headcanon that the Murkrow found in the games that is used to open the gates as it mocks Petrel's voice specifically, is actually owned by Petrel. So.. with that.. He could have the Murkrow help identify things.

I like to think he would loan the Murkrow for his partner to use whenever he isn't around to help them himself. The Murkrow can help fetch and identify things that he or his partner can't with their own eyes.

Either way, he does his best to help how he can.

I don't know if this is what you were wanting or not, but I hope it's acceptable?

I’m so sorry, this blog may as well be dead.

@ another ask in my inbox: I only had/have 1 headcanon request in here and it’s been in here for a month.

I’ve come to the dawning realization that headcanons are much harder to come up with when it’s for a wide variety of characters rather than just a select few you can count on only one (1) hand.

So I’ve just been rather... absent and abandoned this sideblog altogether.

How about Lance with an s/o who has hearing aids?

As Champion, Lance’s duty lies with helping people, so it’s no surprise he would want to do all he can as well with his s/o.

Such as learning sign language to help with communicating, depending on how bad their hearing is.

As well, he will be sure to speak slowly and clearly and make sure others do the same for his s/o to understand.

No matter how small, Lance wants to help however he can. If they need a gentle nudge or for something to be cleared or specified he will gladly make the accommodations to his life to help them live an easier one.

If it is deemed necessary, he will very gladly offer up his own Pokemon to aid in servicing his s/o with whatever it is they need while he is busy with other duties, or just simple isn’t around at the time.

Hi, could I request some headcanons of Lance with a blunt/outgoing s/o?

Even the champion of Kanto needs to be told when he’s being too much.

Lance can be a bit of a hard set man, taking lots of things in life quite seriously, but maybe.. some things he could take a bit more seriously and others he take a bit more relaxed.

As such.. It’s kind of nice to have someone so unafraid to speak their mind around him. That’s one of their qualities he is quite fond of.

He can get a bit carried away with his work and duties sometimes, so it’s quite nice to have someone unafraid to drag him away midday to relax and take a well needed break.

Some days when he is working too hard and stressing over league work, fussing over everything but himself. He’ll soon enough find himself being swept away somewhere quiet by his partner. It’s moments like this that he treasures so greatly.

He’ll refuse help with caring for his Pokemon from anyone, seeing to it himself they are properly cared for. However, he can’t stop his s/o from grabbing a bucket and a rag and joining him in caring for his Pokemon despite his tries to stop them.

It takes Lance a bit to get used to someone so bold and brash, but soon enough he’s not as surprised when his s/o does something no one else had thought to with him before. It’s a great change of pace for him to have them around. He can’t help but come to adore and admire them!

I am heading to bed, but I first would like to say that after all this time I think I’ve finally settled on what to do with this blog.

Originally I planned to maybe slap down some fics I write, but as that hasn’t really been a thing that’s gonna happen lately.. I would like to switch the focus onto headcanons mostly and if I do happen to write a fic at some point in the future I will post it for you all.

So if you guys have any favorite Pokemon characters, new or old, that you’d like to have some headcanons for I’ll be more than happy to offer my own! However, certain characters may take me longer to think of something for, especially if you’re asking for general headcanons without anything in specific in mind for them that I could work off from, so please bear with me on that!

Also note that this blog is happily geared towards aces and is fluff centered as it is surprisingly difficult to find any readerx content that isn't just smut galore. (Also I'm ace myself so this is a bit of self-care for me and any other aces who want something more wholesome like I do!)

Probably not exactly what you wanted, but I do hope this will suffice!

Siebold may come off as rather serious, harsh, and intimidating, but he is anything but when it comes to life outside of his kitchen. He’s patient and forgiving with friends, and genuinely wants people to try their best in the art of cooking as well as in the art of Pokemon battles.

Should he find his s/o struggling to cook something, he’ll kindly offer to help them. And should they accept his help, it may unintentionally end up a little romantic even if he isn’t so aware of it. His focus goes toward the food and helping his s/o to learn to cook, even if it’s learning to cook a simple recipe.

He’ll stand behind them to help them understand the best ways to cut, chop, roll, knead, stir, anything that he may see them not doing too well. Letting his hands guide theirs for a better understanding, taking his time to explain what he needs to when they show or express confusion and need slowing down.

At the end of it, they’ll have created a good meal and have had a wonderful bonding time making it. The best part of cooking together is getting to share the results with one another, and Siebold takes that to heart.

After all, all food tastes better when eaten with good company!

yes! I’ve played and I love it!

The characters are all so good, though I’ve only got Shield so characters like Bea and Gordie I don’t have much of an opinion on:

Hop: I never cared for rival characters aside from Trace in LPLE, so Hop is kind of bland for me. At least he wasn’t like the next one:

Before I move on to the long post response of my opinion on all the characters I just wanna add a bonus here first:

Ball Guy: A weirdo with a good mission. Not the hero we need but the hero we deserve. Thank you Ball Guy for giving me cool rare Pokeballs I’ll never use and thank you for giving me your card. I will frame it and hang it up to admire it with love. Bless you Ball Guy for cheering me on in your own odd little way.

Bede: I do not like him. Gary 2.0. tragic backstory doesn’t do much to change my opinion either. But it was after he was picked up by Opal that it kind of grew on me a bit and I think that was a really good choice.

Marnie: Adorable and sweet and is just a really good friend. She is confident and strong but a little shy and I adore her. so much. Where can I sign up for Team Yell to support her? She has excellent taste in Pokemon, too. 100/10

Sonia: I don’t have anything to say? Pretty cool though that she became the Professor in the end! Watching her little side journey of getting there!

Prof.Magnolia: Didn’t have much of a presence in the game and didn’t exactly do much. But she seems like she would be a cool grandma.

Team Yell: Just a group of people who genuinely love and support Marnie like some over excited parents at their kids first big sports game. They have good hearts but are often unaware of how they’re acting and how that is affecting the people around them. They got the spirit, but are just a bit confused.

Milo: He big beef and a sweetie. He has grown a bit on me after playing through the game. He is a very sweet guy and I greatly appreciate him and his genuine love and care he gives to everyone and his Pokemon and the wild Pokemon, too. His challenge was so cute and fun.

Nessa: She is pretty.. I honestly don’t know what else to say. She is beautiful, though she can be a tad rude sometimes, but who isn’t? Like a 20-something internet model celebrity and probably a pro-swimmer.

Kabu: ....I am shamelessly on the bandwagon of “Kabu is hot“ because he is and I can’t help it.. He is a goofy and serious fun guy who has such an amazing Pokemon that I worked so hard to get my own of. 100/10 would hold hands with him. His trot is silly and cute and I just can’t get enough of him. He is just a very genuine sweetheart with a fiery and childish spirit.

Allister: MY SON. I have adopted him the moment I laid my eyes on him. He is adorable and precious and is the only one who gave me a challenge during the game. I love this little boy and will protect him from everyone and everything. I will give him everything and anything he wants.

Opal: I have adopted this kooky old lady as my grandma. She is excellent and I absolutely love her. Back in her prime she was drop dead gorgeous and she is still pretty today in her old age. I’m just sorry I failed her quiz jfhfgadfgsf Her gym and her battle were so much fun to go through, I would face her again if I could! Has officially adopted Bede as her own grandson.

Melony: She is thick! And warm! and sweet! and soft! and beautiful! And her gym mission had me in a state of anxiety and panic as I ran through the foggy frozen field of pitfall traps to get to her. A+ mom, I want her to adopt me.

Piers: Feral mongoose boy. A cute punk whom has stolen my heart the first time I laid my eyes on him. I want lifetime tickets to all of his shows and merch of his, too. He was the best and I am SO happy to have had him join me around the region at the end and in the post-game. Absolutely beautiful man.

Raihan: Basic pretty boy of the region. Which seems to be a running theme with dragon type users? I have seen at least a few people call him an “e-boy“ and I haven’t the slightest idea what that even means... but he isn’t bad looking and certainly had the most bizarre battle breaking rules with having one non-dragon type Pokemon and utilizing weather conditions? Wild.

Leon: ...He has pretty eyes. And should have only been in the fancy outfit he wears post-game when you fight him again. He looks so good like that. Not much else I can say really.. other than I made my goal to end his career and I did just that with minimal struggle. Bet he enjoys his free time now.

Oleana: ...She is tol and pretty.. and I have a big crush on her. It’s really cute she has a Garbodor and I headcanon she babies and spoils it. She is dedicated to her job and doesn’t mind at all doing community service in place of the chairman. She is very intimidating but in only the best way. I love her.

Chairman Rose: He thicc, he good looking, he is a himbo. He has his heart in the right place, but is a little confused about how to properly go about things. I adore him and am pretty sad I don’t get to hang out with him post-game like you could with Archie and Maxie in ORAS. However, I do gotta say I was not expecting his battle music to be like THAT. But I am not disappointed! His animations and expressions have been such a treat for me..... as is his silly incognito outfit. I can’t get over that outfit, love his anklet. I would gladly hold hands with this man.

Sordward & Shielbert: 🔪🗡️🔥 I’d love to take a pair of hedge clippers to their hair. gOSH WHY DOES IT FLOP LIKE THAT. WHY. Horrible characters. The true villains of the game. Their names are also a crime like their hair. They look like a pair of Japanese game show hosts. -10000/10 I highly recommend using fire types with luck incense and amulet coins when going up against them.

I’ve come to realize and accept that my fics should just never have dialogue.

would y’all prefer dialogue or none at all and have it all be left up to your own imagination? the conversations you have with the character requested of y’all’s desires, but the outcomes and such be hinted and implied?

I do better with my writing when there is no dialogue present. that’s.. kind of my writing quirk I guess. it does make writing things a bit easier for me since I’ve never been good with dialogue.. what dialogue I write just.. never is any good.

I thought long and hard about how I should go about this and this is the best I got for ya, I hope this’ll be ok, I am so terribly sorry this took so long, I’ve never bothered thinking about Volkner much at all so I needed to wrack my brain a bit to come up with something to put down for this that was even halfway decent. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this at the very least!

Since Volkner and Flint are good friends, he’d confide his feelings to Flint for support and advice– no matter how bad Flint’s advice may be, he does try his best and only has good intentions, albeit.. perhaps not very good ways of going about those intentions.

Being friends with Volkner would inevitably result in being friends with Flint as well. This could be a good or bad thing depending on how you feel about him.

Now, Volkner wouldn’t be too good at trying to express his feelings, for some he’ll beat around the bush, while with others he may just avoid it altogether. However, with something like having feelings for someone, he wouldn’t know what to do at all.

So, he would confide in Flint, seeking help on what to do. Flint would probably pull some silly trick into getting the two of you together in one area without either of you knowing the other was even there. Getting Volkner to confess and express his feelings and concerns for you more openly, then letting the cat out of the bag he’d confess his own secret– having gotten you to know that Volkner likes you and having helped Volkner confess with relative ease.

Flint wouldn’t even be upset if the two of you chased him out of the area for what he did, but you can’t be too mad at him, though. He did help after all, even if it was sneaky and maybe a little mean, but you know he meant well.

I wasn’t quite sure what you had in mind exactly; headcanons? or a fic? soo.. Here’s a little mix of both on the house! (I tried my best! ;v;)

Clay may look standoffish and cold, but he’s actually quite affectionate and kind, he just has a no-nonsense attitude as a front because of work. It is nothing more than a means to protect himself from being taken advantage of for his general kindness. Kindness like, often he'll go and buy gifts for children's hospitals / homeless shelters / orphanages and the like, making sure the children are well cared for around Unova.

He makes good use and work of his skills he's acquired while working in the mining field. Making some special little gifts like jewelry or tools with anything he may find while working if he feels it's not worth donating to Lenora's museum. He may have an intimidating outward appearance with a hard personality, but he’s really just a kind and gentle guy and an excellent fatherly figure to a lot of people.

Along with that, he’s also learned a few things from Sinnoh’s ground elite, Bertha, like the skill to sew which is rather quite handy in more ways than one. It’s relaxing and is useful for patching up his clothes or making things for the kids around Driftveil (as souvenirs or gifts). As well, leather crafting has become a sort of hobby for him after learning to sew. He’s still just learning the ropes of the craft, but he’s not terrible!

After a long week of hard work, he like to unwind while reclining with coffee or ice tea and tinker with some rocks, metal, and wood. Making little decorative knickknacks for himself or for the special people in his life. All the while he has Unovan sports playing on TV in the background.

Clay is the kind of guy who's a bit modest when it comes to money and eating out. So he will cook a lot of his own meals rather than wasting money like that. But he will spend a little here and there to spoil whoever he fancies. Taking them out to eat once in awhile or he buys them gifts.

He definitely prefers to cook his own meals most of the time, so you’ll find him in the kitchen cooking something by hand and memory, it’s always a mystery but it always smells so good that you can’t help but get excited to try it. He’s no Siebold or Striaton trio, but he’s certainly no rookie at cooking either! Somehow, he’s able to make something as basic as biscuits and gravy taste like home.

Even despite his heavy work load and tight schedule he’ll do all he can to make time for friends, family, and loved ones. That’s just how it is for him back where he grew up. Even during the holidays he’ll take a few days off to relax and be with those he cares about. You know he’s a family man with a good heart, showing good hospitality and an openness to most people and things that need it most. You could ask him for almost anything and he’ll usually oblige, sometimes even with a smile!

His ways of letting someone know they’re loved are more often through show, small little actions, this is because to him ‘love‘ is a powerfully meaningful thing. It’s just not something he’d feel most comfortable with expressing so openly and freely. It has a heavy value to him, so to have him tell you that he enjoys your company among other things, it would be quite special. You know it’s coming right from the bottom of his heart when he says it, hands entwined and a grin on his face.

HCs for an s/o trying to help Zossie settle in Alola, showing her around, helping her with shopping and technology,, stuff like that?

Apologies for taking so long again, but I hope these will be sufficient!

Zossie is very enthusiastic so it makes teaching her about the Alola region and Pokemon and anything else about your home dimension a lot easier. She can be a little mixed up and confused at times, but you know she is just trying her best to fit in.

Her mixed up terms and odd habits and quirks may pull in some unwanted attention from the locals and tourists, but Zossie doesn’t seem to mind, she’s just having fun which puts you more at ease with it all.

She’s always doing her best and making an honest effort to impress and please you with what she’s learned from your teaching and helping! But, despite her constant optimism.. she’ll have her moments of doubt and frustration of not being able to get something right and making a fool of herself out in public, it’s ok though, you’re there to help her improve!

Due to Alola’s intense levels of sunlight, Zossie will need to keep her URS gear on so she’ll be protected since she was living in absolute darkness with artificial light before. The sunlight in Alola would be too much for her eyes and skin to handle, but being indoors with dim lighting would be perfect for her. She feels like a burden sometimes with having you adjust your life to help her and to be with her. She really appreciates all the work you do for her and her comfort in Alola, though!

Zossie’s favorite places are the flower fields and all the neat places to eat around Alola. She’ll stuff her face full of all the new and fascinating foods, talking about Ultra Megalopolis and all the cultural differences between her home and Alola. She could spend hours just jumping around and playing with the Pokemon in the flower fields, taking handfuls of the plant life as souvenirs, sending some back to her squad friends as gifts.

Nighttime is Zossie’s most treasured time, being able to walk around more freely without much of her gear. She’s always very pleasantly surprised when you take her out for walks around the islands at this time of day. She gets to experience a lot more than she could during the day and that makes her the happiest!

I only have one right now, but I’m just… very slow and have multiple fics in the works as is. I haven’t forgotten about them, though, I’ve been working on and off on them every once in awhile when I have something to add.

Some.. need to be reworked entirely, though, but those are the ones not too important for this blog so it’s fine to hold off on those for now. (funnily enough, they’re also the longest ones I have!)

I just kinda have a lot on my plate right now.

Maybe I missed it but who/what do you write for/on? Characters, games, etc.?

I was intending for this blog to be for reader x [character] fics since I don’t see too many for a lot of various Pokemon characters. Mostly I’m focused on the villains rather than any other characters since I know more about the villains than anyone else in the series, but I’m willing to try to write for other characters ‘cause I know it can be frustrating trying to find a fic with a character you like that is sadly not too popular.
