God does

Why do people want the best of you and they get to sit and be a part of the audience?

Why do they want you to put on a show and they do nothing beyond gossiping of every flaw they saw

Why do people want the best of you

Without a care it seems

They just want to see it live in action

Privileged people

Are not impressed by the big screen

They want the best of you

So the rest of them may sleep well

They're already completed

They get to fix you

Why do people want the best of you

Is it crafted for you to always lose?

Such beautiful things emerge from pain. So as I sit with tears in my eyes I know the rainbow's coming in no time

Cant see the stars when the suns out

Run my mouth

But I dont say much

Dont want no one touching this soul

Its dark enough

A lil tough

But I i cry too

Cant say im a beast

Cause im pussy too

Lil black soul

So the world can feast

Take what they can

Then leave the rest of of me to me

A year it's been at least 10

Wanted to stop the feel of the canel

Root so sensitive

Set my soul on the table

Put it on stable

Why the horse comparison

Shaman?

You don't know nothing man

why do I need a style?

Why I can't just mean what I say

My soul's there

No one was using it

But me

I was hurting

Feeding no one

What have I done

Have I fallen in love

Ive forgotten my worth

For they say im too good

Well lower my stool

What have a done

The man is gone

My love is stuck

Im lost and it hurts

But not enough to forget

Because it is so safe

And peaceful

No one to disrupt me

No one to love me

But who has loved me without a hurt candle to go on top?
