Pokemon Announcement

Who else is nervous for this announcement coming soon? I've heard several different theories:

1. Remake of Gen 3

2. Announcing Gen 6

or

3. A game with all gens and regions included

I personally hope it's a gen 3 remake because I loved gen 3 the most

Yes! A-freaking-men! I liked this page on Facebook, also, and I see this problem. I HATE genwunners. I really do. Like really, how is snivy worse than chikorita?! Unfortunately, Piplup (who isn't necessarily my favorite starter) will probably be the next to go.

This upset me greatly. A page on Facebook was having a contest, deciding who the favorite starter is. Now, everyone votes for their least favorite starter to eliminate them. First, all of Gen 5’s starters were gone. Then, they started picking off the Gen 4 starters. Meanwhile, Chikorita is still there. Chikorita. The butt of all starter Pokemon jokes, because a majority of Pokemon players see him as that weak and that stupid looking. I’ve met one person in my Pokemon playing life (I’ve been playing for about 13 years) that actually likes Chikorita. In 13 years, one person that actually like that thing. Since the release of Black and White, and more recently, Black 2 and White 2, almost every person that has played it has talked about how much they love Oshawott and Snivy, and occasionally Tepig. I could understand Tepig being eliminated because not a lot of people like him, but a majority of people that have actually given Gen 5 a chance and played the games were actually fond of Oshawott or Snivy. Yet they were eliminated right off the bat, while Chikorita is still in. For this, I’ve drawn the conclusion that people are stupid.

Pokemon is not overrated

I was just told by my friend that Pokemon is for kids and is overrated. He called me gay for liking Pokemon. I told him that just because he had no childhood doesn't mean Pokemon isn't amazing. Needless to say, I'm no longer speaking with him.
