school is SO MENTALLY EXHAUSTING and people in my new school are starting to get weirded out by my major mood swings because like i get really quiet and i guess no one is used to that BUT it STILL SUCKS. I WISH I COULD CONTROL MY MOOD IN PUBLIC BUT I CAN'T AND NOW EVERYONE KNOWS HOW WEIRD AND ABNORMAL I AM. Like i was so close to having a breakdown in my class and to avoid that i chose to be quiet all day which made my friends AND my teachers get all concerned and honestly i couldn't explain it to anyone because that would require speaking up and i can't do that without crying 😭
