Lovely progress on Sweetie the bear ❤️ just finished up on the eyes and eyebrows 😊

So far, this has been an awesome learning experience in terms of learning how to model animals and anthropomorphic things! I’m really excited to get this little fursona finished for my friend 😃🧸🐻

I’m almost finished with the head, and after that I’ll go back to fix up the arms/hands. Then the feet, and finally the clothing! Once the overall model is done, I’ll get to painting it and finally rigging it 👀

Here are the first few punch needles ornaments I made for the holidays!!! These were a mix of commissions/gifts ❤️

Each one was drawn by me, and then transferred to monks cloth to be punch needled (a process that’s like rug tufting but by hand).

There’s the cat Atlas wearing a cup on his head (referenced from an actual picture), the corgi Stella (a friend’s pet), and Squirt the dog. There are a few others to post but those will be released later!!!

Should I open commissions for these too? 🤔

Hey everyone!! Long time no see 😅

Things have been very very crazy for me on the pet sitting business end~ but in light of the new year and new things in life going on, I’ve jumped back into art and am delving into and area I’ve barely delved in before.

Last night, I finished these two little fursonas~ I’m working on some practice commissions with some furries I know to practice 😊 so here’s a bear and a fox deer!

These two, if they look familiar, are sort of in the realm of Animal Crossing because I LOVE that game and I generally love drawing cute little things :3

These drawings are cute, but they’re also a design plan for me to follow for… YOU GUESSED IT…. 3D modeling them! That’s what I’m about to start working on now~

Still so happy with how this punch needle turned out for my friend ❤️ I’ve been working on getting a lot of Christmas gifts done this month 👀

This month has been hectic with the other business I’m running (pet sitting is HUGE during the holidays 🐕🐈) so art had to be put on hold for a bit. Also had to wait for the new laptop to come in so I could actually run blender without it freezing for 5 minutes after inputting one thing 😬

THAT has all been solved now 👌🏼 Laptop is setup ✅

Blender is running on it ✅

Etsy shop is about to open ✅

This commission for the Bulverde Animal Humane Society is FINISHED!!! 🎊🎉🥳

I’m honestly really happy with how this commission turned out. I had a design initially, and even got to the coloring stage, when I completely scrapped the project. I wasn’t feeling the initial design. It just didn’t make me happy working on it. I took a little break to get back into the groove and turned around to do THIS. I love cats, and boy do they have a a wide array of personalities. My purpose in this was to show that. Along with sticking to the theme of cute cats with lolly pops and rainbows 🌈 🐈

This bad boi will be printed soon as a full size poster and displayed at the shelter 👀 I’ll have pictures of it as soon as I can!!! 😁

Remember that if you can, adopt a lovely baby from a shelter near you ❤️

Commission WIP! 🐈

I’m almost done with the big commission poster for the Bulverde Animal Shelter!!! Slowly working on getting all of the cats done and then it’ll be time for the detail stuff on the background items, and then finally the background! 🎊🎉

Super excited to have this piece done and given to the shelter ❤️ The Bulverde Humane Society has so many lovely people volunteering there. They put an unbelievable amount of their time, effort, and love in taking care of the animals and finding them all forever homes! Check them out online and on Facebook. This is a self portrait done for my pet sitting business!!! And let me tell ya, it’s been keeping me BUSY. 😴 I honestly really enjoy doing it though~ hanging out with various animals is so much fun! Plus, great practice if I end up going to Vet school after all 👀👩🏻‍⚕️

I made the design for her on procreate and then did the needle punching! 🪡🧵🧶

I’m still learning since this is only my second punch needle done. I made the stitches a bit too close, so it curls in on itself a bit. Practice makes perfect though! This Christmas gift is ready though for my bestie 🎄🎅🎁

I’m super excited to show this simple but cute design ❤️

I love doing a variety of artistic mediums and hobbies (thanks ADHD 🫠). So while working on some models and prepping them for the Etsy store opening, I wanted to start some needle punching!

If you don’t know what that is, it’s sort of how you do rugs but by hand lol. And you can do small projects too (which is what I’m doing 👀).

I wanted to make my own designs to needle punch, so I started with one of my favorite dinosaurs!! 🦕 🦖 This little dude is a Parasaurolophus! They were one of the largest duck-billed herbivores of their time and part of the hadrosaurid family. That giant headpiece wasn’t just for looks either! They actually helped the Para make extremely loud calls at a B-flat sound to warn their herd members of incoming danger.

Welcome to WIP Wednesday 🎉🥳🎊

This sweet piece is coming along nicely~ it’s a WIP I’ve been working on that will be a paw-some poster for a Texas-based animal shelter! 🐈🐕

So far, I have some base colors done along with a bit of shading 😁 Slowly getting this one done and making it purrr-fect for the Bulverde Humane Society ❤️

I had to use a lot of references for drawing myself since I RARELY draw people. But I think I did a KILLER job! Honestly best person I’ve ever drawn 😂 I went for a more Pixar kinda character look. Can y’all guess the name of my Pet Sitting business? 🤔

Side note: I’m on vacation in Nj for the week but when I get back I’ll be working on adding my first 3D models to an Etsy shop! WOOO! New shop opening SOON!!!!!!!
