October/Halloween Writing Prompts

I do a writing challenge for myself in October and this is the list of prompts I'm doing this year. Thought I'd share them. The quotes came from somewhere on the internet but I've lost where. 1. "Please do not feed the killer clown." 2. Raising the dead is harder than it looks and your ghost form telling me everything I'm doing wrong is not helping. 3. "If I hear pumpkin spice one more time, I'm going to scream." 4. I know that you're not human, but I don't think you know that you're not human. 5. "Did you seriously injure yourself carving a pumpkin?" 6. Fuck Christmas. Halloween is clearly the superior decorating holiday. 7. "Stop texting me weird stuff so late at night." 8. I am a witch looking for a companion and you are a vampire looking for a friend, and we meet at a bar for the supernatural. 9. "I don't think you understand how much Halloween just gets me." 10. Why is it that saving the world is up to me and what do you mean I have to hug a werewolf to do it? 11. "Mix coffee with rum and a little bit of ice cream." 12. I wrote down the address wrong and so I showed up at your house instead of my friend's Halloween party and you're being incredibly gracious by not laughing your ass off at the fact that I'm an adult dressed like a baby. 13. "Any ideas on couples costumes?" 14. You are dressed as a minor character from a major film franchise and OMG I DIDN'T THINK ANYONE ELSE LIKED THAT CHARACTER WE NEED TO TALK. 15. "I swear my house is haunted." 16. How could you possibly have figured out that you're immortal without failing to die? What do you mean you were murdered tonight? 17. "Look, I dressed up as you. Appreciate it." 18. You said we were going to wear couples costumes but I was expecting something more than a pair of banana suits. 19. "I think there's someone in the house." 20. You show up at my doorstep covered in blood and my first reaction is to hug you. 21. "It's not just your imagination." 22. We're arguing with each other about what is the superior Halloween candy and we cannot agree on why is it not candy corn. 23. "I can pass as a goth." 24. I have no idea what the carving in your pumpkin was supposed to be, but it's turned into something that is an abstract piece of art I can get behind. 25. "This place gives me the creeps." 26. You keep threatening to curse me and I just calmly remind you that we've spent the last nine hundred years together and you ran out of curses about a century ago. 27. "It isn't what it looks like! Okay...maybe it is." 28. I know you're just doing your job of scaring people in this haunted house but you're dressed as a character from my worst nightmare and so I punched you out of instinct. I'm sorry. 29. "Didn't you read the sign?" 30. The local farmer sells pumpkins on an honor system so I stuck $10 in the box and took 50 pumpkins. Do you think that was enough? 31. "Is that a dead body? Or did someone chop down the scarecrow again?"
