I just realized- Vizi you can’t have your cake and eat it too-

You made these shorts, having what the original premise of the show would be like in them- but then in your show, the last thing you did was actively have the character not kill their targets, because they were “good” people. (Or Blitzø saw himself in them)

In comes the latest short and bam- they murdered an a innocent man (who Blitz could probably even see himself in, with him also adopting Loona)- which don’t get me wrong, great! That’s the whole shtick they should of kept doing- it’s their job after all.

(Look I know this shorts are probably non-canon and take place before a certain episode)

But at least make it coherent to the main story, you have. Or share that “character growth” you gave him- or don’t tell me this was a one off thing.

My late night rant about somehow getting obsessed with Sanji after two years of loving his character- read at your own caution!

I have no idea what happened- so let me take this from the start- 2023, the only one piece character I knew was Zoro at point made him my favorite- I watch the live-action, I fell in love with Sanji (despite past me dissing Sanji me before I even knew who he was) I watched a video on his backstory, like him even more- tried to watch WCI for Sanji- stopped after I didn’t know was going on (I tried later to watch more the series, but haven’t gotten far at all, but I seen enough yt videos to know some lore) I think all this was 2023-early 2024? Anyways I loved Sanji, wasn’t there too much to it that- like he was rarely in my thoughts.

Early 2025- I watched someone watch parts of WCI, I had more context, and fall deep in the Sanji hole. I am obsessed- was relived when it seem to be dying down- then the season 2 LA teaser came out… I got obsessed with him again, I think about him every day, (and I want to kill Judge everyday)-

Current day- still riding the high of this obsession- I don’t where to go from here….

I love Zeff for multiple reasons- one of them is just for very fact, he wouldn’t care much for Sanji’s “backstory”

Sanji tells Zeff about him being a Vinsmoke- Zeff is a quiet for a second.

“I don’t care if you were a prince or not! Not unless it affects your cooking, now get back to cutting your carrots!”

It’s what Sanji would of needed, someone who doesn’t care about his royal past.

Skirk has the best angst ship potentially- since she makes people forget her, she could to the same the one she loves to keep them safe from “The Foul”, but Skirk still can’t help but to visit them from time to time.

First off let me state- I’m not medical professional, this is all speculation and headcanoning-

I think Skirk from Genshin Impact has OSDD- (other specified dissociative disorder which is chronic dissociative symptoms such as identity alteration, but the alteration and separation between identities is not as severe as in DID)

In Skirk Story Quest, we enter her inner world (which is already every telling, since that more common in people with dissociative disorders) where we met her “suppressed emotion” self. Where we see into Skirk’s memories, later on when Skirk gets injured we are actually able to speak with her emotion-self. Since Skirk restrains on her falter slightly.

Where she again told us of Skirk’s trauma, this made me feel like she could be a trauma barer, where she carries the traumas and the emotion that came with it- but I also think Skirk could be one too. (she also talks like Skirk that she other person sometimes)

Even if at this point she says they are the “same”

Skipping ahead a bit- I feel this most important part- altars shoulder trauma that the “host” or child couldn’t handle- it’s a trauma response- though it seems both of them remember their trauma- but they still are made for each other. Skirk wants to protect her emotional self, but her emotional self wants to do the same.

Skirk losing her homeland than experiencing constant abuse from “The Foul” caused her to harden herself and shun her feelings away- this could either created her child-self who could hold these emotions and her wishes or this created her who keep on surviving- it doesn’t matter who was first because that isn’t how this disorder works.

Skirk at the end does allow her emotion self to not be locked, this could be letting themselves co-front or something different (I wouldn’t say her emotional self - this altar is gone, but now allowed to be with the body) after this their inner world started to heal too.

Thanks you to the traveler for dealing with this- (to note this isn’t the first time we see a system in Genshin, Layla had D.I.D, the main reason why I didn’t give this to Skirk isn’t because he doesn’t have missing memories or blocks in her life) I’m sure I missed a few things, but this what i have gathered so far!

TLDR: Skirk is a system composing of her emotional self and unemotional self. Spawning from her childhood trauma. At the end they are possible co-fronting with each other.
