A gratefulness project. Day 1- Companionship Taking note of 3 things you're grateful for per day for 21 days creates a habit of positive thinking in your brain. Likewise, journaling 1 positive experince in the last 24 hours for 21 days does the same. I'm going to be noting 3 things im grateful for per day, and sketching 1, for 21 days.
