Do you ever get mad when you think about how gen z will be labeled in history books? cause i do.

I don’t fucking want to be taught about as if we were always on our phones, which, sure yeah we are but it’s so fucking different from any other generations reality. we have anything and everything on our phone. we have multiple search engines and can find anything in the world within minutes, we can listen to music from all over the world whenever we want, we can read, we can write, we can be fucking free and it’s amazing.

I don’t want my generation to be remembered as the ones who never got off there phones. I want us to be remembered as the most educated and most accepting generation. The gayest and the ones who will fight until theres nothing left to lose for our brothers, sisters, and our siblings.

Not to diss fall out boy, but i don’t want us to be “the last of a dying breed” like everyone says. I want us to be the firsts of an absolutely thriving breed. I want us to teach on for generations and generations about our kindness and how to be excepting and understanding. To teach this to our children and grandchildren, so that this isn’t the last of us.

please, don’t let us leave this way.

you’re a world renown fashion designer, famous for your experimental, avant-garde, flamboyant designs. you’re extremely gay but also very depressed and to cope with this depression, you go to a lot of parties and get wasted.

basically you’re a stoner and you like to trip on lsd a lot.

you’re in a coming of age movie that’s set in the 1980’s. very john hughes. but make it lesbian, just because i can.

it’s the summer of 2019 and you’re spending it with your uncle, who lives in provence, france. you meet his neighbor, a girl your age and you embark on a romantic relationship with her. except her parents and your uncle aren’t exactly supportive of LGBTQ+, so you’re forced to keep the relationship a secret. you end up keeping the secret of your love between each other and the lavender that grows in the south of france. it all comes to an end and the love that you have for her haunts you as you tragically grow apart.

it’s either the 60’s or the 70’s and you’re a wholesome witch that lives on the countryside. you soon meet another witch, who you are extremely attracted to. but you find out she uses her talent and power to curse those who are homophobic, racist etc. even though you disagree w her methods, you quickly fall in love. (and oop, i tried to keep this relevant to the era, but my finger slipped and i put girl in red in the mix)

it’s october of 2019 and you’re in orlando, fl. currently, after a busy day of going to disney world, you are laying on your back of the hotel pool, looking at the palm trees and the night sky. the pool lights are illuminating you and the world around you in an ethereal blue color. you hear somebody call your name. it’s your significant other and they bring you into a splash fight. you are happy and everything is magical.

you live just outside of mars, on a man made city that floats in space. you accidentally fall into a forbidden romance with an AI, and you deny that she’ll turn on you. but one day after she tries to break free of the corrupt government’s hold on her, she is reprogrammed. leaving her with no memory of you and when you try to remind her, she only threatens your life. in an angry rampage, you try to overthrow the government with the help of rebels. but there is no hope- you are heartbroken and the government imprisons you.

Queer people can't ignore BLM when signs from the LGBT rights movement could easily be used for BLM today.

We only have parades because we had riots.
